Valenti Audi has no customer regard I have bought 5 Audis had a problem out of state with a 2021 Q8..... Audi towed it to a dealership but Valenti refused to be of help in anyway.... we asked Valenti to get the car back to the dealership after it was repaired 200 miles away.. I was told " good luck buddy" it's up to you to get it back to CT so much for customer satisfaction these folks forget you the minute after you buy a car from them....I can say Valenti has lost a customer for sure

The over-the-top service and support I received from this office specifically from Brett M, was above and beyond. I was stuck on the side road and this earth angel met me on the side of the road with a loaner car and was there to assist the tow guys with my car to be sent to the office. This was less than an hour towards closing on a Friday night. Thank you for your support and your dedication to Audi customers like myself.

I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and customer service I experienced at Valenti. Joe Mortimer was responsive with all questions and helped ensure a smooth out of state transaction. Steve was thorough and knowledgeable as the Finance mgr.

Danya, Keith, and Terry were really great to work with, very professional and responsive. We purchased the Volvo from out of state (MN); the sale was very quick, easy, and transparent. When we received the car it was just as advertised. We definitely recommend this Volvo dealership.

Have to go here from PA , as they had new Audi A8 in my interior and exterior colors.Matt was very professional. All fees and price adjustments were disclosed before I went there. Got reasonable price for my trade in car. Steve prepared paperwork in professional manner. I guess buying a new car supposed to be like that - with out rush and pressure but easy and fast. Not every dealership is like that in our time

I have owned 5 Audi cars in my life and was in search of my 6th car.The dealerships closest to my house had limited inventory so I expanded my search. I was impressed with the inventory at Valenti Audi, made an appointment and traveled the quick 50 min from my home in Westchester County NY. So glad I did. I met with Kevin W in Sales and Anthony T as the General Sales Mgr. My deal included a trade in and after a bit of the normal back and forth we struck a deal. These two gentlemen were professional throughout the entire transaction, including the negotiation and made me feel valued as a customer. A week later I picked up my Q7 and again the experience was top level . The finance manager was prepared, no hidden fees...everything was reviewed up front with Sales.Best experience of any of the other AUDI dealerships I have purchased from. Highly recommend doing business with this team.

We purchased used 4 year old certified **** ** with 36K miles on it at Valenti Audi in Watertown. After 10 months of driving and 4K miles later rear brakes completely failed, and the vehicle was unsafe to drive. I noticed that stopping distance was much longer and the ABS did not engage, yet I was contributing that to the snow. I made appointment 6 weeks later at Valenti Audi in Watertown and my concern was dismissed, blaming my wife and her driving habits for completely worn out brake pads on this vehicle. I also Installed towing hitch which was never used, but gave them ammunition for failed brakes The service manager Scot refused to help stating that it wear and tear situation and and he is not willing to help. He also stated that the vehicle was inspected three times, yet could not give me explanation how the REAR not the front brakes failed in just a ten month on a certified vehicle. The vehicle is unsafe and they refused to assist in fixing it , while asking for 750 dollar to repair something that should never fail. Please stay away from this dealership. They lost a customer, I will never again buy Audi, and certainly this is just another prove and another dealership capable of ripping off their customers and also put them in harms way by not properly inspecting and certifying their vehicle.

DO NOT PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE FROM VALENTI VW - I HAVE PROOF OF FRAUD I'm very disappointed with the unprofessional and fraudulent manner in which my vehicle purchase/transaction was carried out by Valenti VW. I bought a CPO vehicle and out of the 8 months that I’ve owned it, it's been in my physical possession for about 40% of the time, which is about 3.2 months. I have been in contact with VW of American to purchase the vehicle back. I notified them of my situation in April and they began an investigation on June 24th. Since they started investigation it has been 11 weeks and NO resolution. I will be taking legal action against Valenti VW if I do not receive a resolution by 9/4. I have solid evidence that Valenti VW committed fraud (falsifying their CPO Multi-Point Inspection). Please read below. I purchased a CPO VW Touareg from Valenti VW on December 30th 2019. I flew into Connecticut from ********* **** and they had a mechanic pick me up from the airport. Prior to arriving I organized the sale/transaction with the General Manager, Jeff. During my drive home, in the middle of winter, I could not clear/clean my rear windshield. Also, I found that the front right tire had a PSI of 51! Way over the recommended pressure. Jeff and Valenti VW were well aware that I was driving this vehicle back to Cleveland so there should be no excuse that those things were not checked, let alone checked during the Certified Pre-owned Inspection. The next morning, that tire was flat, had a check engine light and AdBlue fluid leaking from the rear of the vehicle. So I began to check things on my own in fear that VW Valenti lied about conducting their inspection properly. The tire tread marked on the inspection sheet from Valenti VW noted that the tires were above the threshold for replacing the tires (6,6,6,6) I had them measured the day after I got home and the tires were actually below the recommended tread and needed to be replaced, all were around 3-4. I called Jeff and notified him of all this and demanded another Certified Pre-Owned inspection be conducted by a VW dealership here in Cleveland, on his (Valenti VW’s) dime. He abided. I took my vehicle to VW ****** in ***** ******* to repair the check engine light, AdBlue leak and conduct a CPO inspection. Here is the result: Brakes pads and tire tread depth are inconsistent. Line 54 and 99 - Ganley Westside found items that needed repaired. On the other hand, Valenti VW’s Inspection Report marked these items as "Meets Standard". Line 54 was "Windshield Washer/Controllers: Operational/Accurate Spray Aim". Ganley found that the spray nozzle was completely rusted shut which was why I could not clear the rear windshield during my drive home. Line 99 was "Sway Bars/Control Arms/BUshings: Operational/Condition/No Damage". Ganley found that there was a missing/snapped swaybolt when VW Valenti marked this meets standards, clearly not…. It’s clear that they just marked on the sheet that things were working properly or meets standards, but they clearly did not meet standards according to the second inspection. I also needed a new AdBlue heater block, harness, and a number of other repairs. I called Jeff and he agreed to pay for ALL the repairs including shipping and paying for a brand new set of tires. Between January 14th and September 1st 2020 my vehicle has been in and out of the shop for check engine lights, complete panoramic sunroof frame replacement because the frame was broken, complete ad blue system replacement (10’s of parts including a new Electronic control module), O2 sensor replacements, and many other repairs. All these things compromise the integrity and my trust in Valenti VW. My safety wasn't even considered and I was put in danger and I take that very seriously. Clearly, they purposely ignored and falsified the condition of the vehicle and just wanted to profit from a sale. I am warning everyone PLEASE DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM VALENTI VW.
