Can not get any help from UPS on fraudulent practices through UPS

The customer center is always closed. This is the third time I have gone to this facility to pick up a package that was delayed only to find out it was closed. You call the number and get the national ups folks who confirm the facility is open on their end to get there to see it's closed. How can you folks not staff a desk that is open for only two hours a day from 3pm to 5pm? It's just mind boggling that you folks call it a customer center but you don't deliver or offer any customer service. I never had this issue in Brookfield at their Customer Center when I lived in that service area. This Watertown center is useless.

I was sent to this location to drop off a package per call center rep.
After the 38 minute drive to this location, I arrived to find the customer care center was closed.
"Sorry for the inconvenience"?!?!
Not sorry for the review.

The woman behind the counter is extremely rude. She won't give you a receipt, wont scan your items- tells you just to leave them on the counter. Half the time is on the phone and can't be bothered with you. Avoid going here after 4pm when she comes in

My package has been stuck there FOR THREE DAYS, of course you idiots have your phone number hidden so I can't speak to anyone.
Just as bad as your moron drivers who can't follow SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS.

They are never open! I had to leave work early to get there on time because they are open “3-5”. I get there and the doors were closed! Their Hours on the door are different than what they say online! Stood outside with another 6-7 people for almost an hour until I couldn’t wait any longer. Disgraceful & waste of my time!!!

What type of hours is this business running?! A 2 hour window to pick up a package. When people work actual jobs 9-5. This UPS location should be ashamed to be named an establishment and branch of UPS ??

I had a situation today where the driver dropped off the wrong box after being told the tracking number of the box that needed to be kept. I went to UPS customer care, and Starr was so helpful with the whole situation and assured me that she would do her best to figure out the situation today. After a couple of hours, she called me and informed me that she had the other box and I could pick it up! She was so helpful with the process and getting it all situated. Grateful for her!

Chose to do a pick and every time I went to pick up my item they were closed... which is twice during whats supposed to be their business hours.

These dingdong’s said that they delivered a package to my business, delivered it to a man named Anthony, but no one received the package. I had to track down the UPS man and literally get the package. I looked at him and said, “That’s funny, it’s on your truck, but yet you delivered it to a man named Anthony“. Nothing but complete awfulness out of the Watertown, UPS hub. It’s so sad, the people they are hiring these days, I am fed up with them, and will never use them again if I can help it.

So many times I get there and it’s closed for no reason. And it’s only open for 2 hours a day M-F. Why bother?
