I am floored with the professionalism,the kindness and the patience of Kaylaand Terrence.I was so nervous about finding a new mobile carrier and now I’m excited about this new relationship with T-Mobile. These two people exemplify the finest of customer service andit is very clear that they care a lot about their customers and guests.Kayla is a dream: so knowledgeable, so efficient and so confident.They are the cream of the crop and I hope they get recognized.I’m so thankful for them both and I am referring friends and family to this store, absolutely.

I can't speak about the entire store but Terrance was the most helpful, kind, and patient person while helping my niece with her new phone. He sync'd all her Apple products and was far more helpful than the Apple genie bar. Go see Terrance for all your T mobile needs!!

Malik added 3 lines to my account when he was only suppose to upgrade 2 lines. I walked in with 4 lines and left with 7 didn’t know until 2 days later when I got all these texts for new lines activated.He also a activated a iPad line that I had canceled 1 yr agoCheck your accounts when you leave this location.

Went in to have a phone activated. Employee tried to sell me home internet and I turned it down. Told me it's a free trial. And proceeded to tell other employee set it up. (Which i didnt realize at first) Once i did, I told them I don't want it and they got upset with me. Then proceeded to tell me the were canceling the service they just signed me up for that I didn't ask for. They also changed my billing to paperless billing. I happened to check my bill online because my bill never came, and saw I was charged for home internet. I never signed up for anything or signed anything to accept this. Very shady place. I would not recommend them ever. Also same employee who told the girl behind the counter to sign me up for the internet was hanging out in parking lot with people coming and going the whole time. Very shady place. I'd give negative stars if possible.

HOW CAN I DO A BIG ZERO REVIEW? DON'T WALK INTO THIS STORE OR YOU'LL STAY 8 HRS AND GET NOTHING ACCOMPLISHED. I'VE GONE TO THE ER TWICE BECAUSE OF THEM. CRAZY HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE SPIKES WHEN IT'S USUALLY 90/70. LET'S JUST SAY...GO TO VERIZON...THEY LOOK YOU IN THE EYE...THEY DON'T STARE AT THEIR PHONES AND MUMBLE. AND IF EVERY TRACE OF ME DISAPPEARS...WELL, I SAID TOO MUCH...boing...funny, NOT FUNNY AT ALL!

The woman who "helped" me didn't verify the line the sim card was for so that got everything switched up, started helping another customer while assisting me and didn't seem knowledgeable at all, she didn't know why anything was happening.

Talked my dying wife into a "free" watch that ended up costing me $300. I asked for insurance on my phone. Conveniently it was left off, so that was $700 for a replacement phone. Dishonest. They will promise you they will "look into it" and they are "so sorry". With penalties it was in total $1300 to severe ties. Congratulations. You duped a dying woman and her now widow. You should be proud. I tell everyone how awful you are.

We had to get new accounts set up, lines swapped over, previous bills handled and so much more. The two gentlemen helping us today were amazing and so helpful with our complicated process. They helped us get the best pricing, made sure everything was working correctly before we walked out the door and made the entire process easier for us. Would fully recommend this store.

the 3 girls there are great, definitely my favorites!! they answered all the questions i had, even the d*** ones & just made it such a great environment/experience. the manager was very helpful too, he ensured me they wouldn't delete anything on my old phone i was trading in until it all transferred over to my new one because i was worried.

Danny B is amazing, never had a great experience like I did with Danny at this T Mobile location. Danny is the store manager and went above and beyond to get me approved for 5 lines with a home internet tablet and a watch. Not sure how long he has been with the company but Danny is amazing and should be the owner of that store he’s amazing

Happy Saturday!Just a big note of thanks to our local, Main Street T-Mobile Store. Ashley, Mike & Rosean are AMAZING!We upgraded a bunch of phones, ported a number from Verizon, and upgraded an iPad this week and they were super friendly, funny, patient & professional. These are many qualities I personally, miss these days when it comes to customer service.I cannot recommend our local hometown T-Mobile Team enough. WORST SCAM ARTISTS AROUND WENT IN FOR WARRENTY EXCHANGE THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT RETURN PHONE AND WANTED MW TO BUY NEW ONE, CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE GOT MEW PHONE SHIPPED In MAIL. They are scam artists who want commission and don't care about tmobile rules
