I was a CVS pharmacy customer for years, they didn’t have a medication I needed so I called here. Connor was top notch in customer service he got me the medicine and I transferred all my prescriptions there because of him. This staff cares about their customers! Thank you !

I have been using this pharmacy for many years. I have always loved the staff. They were friendly and always helpful. Lately I feel the staff is rude. I can understand we all can have a bad day but this is now becoming an everytime I visit problem. I am very unhappy with the customer service. It is also now taking much longer to get my medicine. The old pharmacist would go out of his or her way to make sure my family had what they needed. Now, the mentality is like, "Oh Well" you will get it when you get it. , Which for some medication is not a reasonable response.

Good morning, I want to give cudos to Stop & Shop in Watertown, Ct. I ordered groceries on line to be delivered the next morning. Everything went smoothly. Nothing missing. Nothing broken. The delivery person was so pleasant and helpful. A very stress free experience. Thank you Stop & Shop

I stopped going to this stop n shop by my house because 2 times in a row I got “randomly” checked for an audit of my stuff in self pay. I started going to a grocery further away so not to deal with that. It being the holidays I just needed a few things so I didn’t want to go that far. I ran into my local stop n shop and, whaddayaknow, I get randomly checked again. I’ll never come back. I was a stop n shop customer for 20 yrs in NY and never had an issue until recently from this location. Do better…

There's this heavy set young guy that works at the pharmacy that's not the most polite person and have given me a hard time many times.... I don't doubt he's full of prejudice.... I've noticed how he treats white folks better than minorities... I didn't want to write this kind of review but is necessary for someone to say something! yesterday I dropped off my prescription(4:00p.m.) for pain killers due to a tooth extraction and he asked me to provide him with my phone # to let me know when it was ready but never contacted me after getting my meds ready, I know he purposely did it.... He's very unprofessional... Hopefully others that has been treated the same way as I speak up about it

Rudest employees ever. I recently moved. Usually shop in Bristol/Farmington area. Within the first 2 visits made me feel very unwelcome and rude rude rude service. One cashier especially. I will use the extra gas to shop where I’m use to due to the disrespect.

Called about 3-4 hours after the prescription was sent over today after having 4 wisdom teeth removed just to see if they had an estimate on when it might be ready because I was in a lot of pain and the lady that ansered was extremely rude she stated she was short staffed and I understand that aspect but also said she had no idea if it was ready or there and that she could look but she might keep me on hold for a half hour. I understand you are short staffed but you don't need to take it out on your customers, that's how you lose business I know I won't be going back to that pharmacy.

Convenient! Lots of sales just make sure to check your receipt to make sure coupons were applied.
