Would highly recommend Stone Veterinary Hospital. I take my dog & 2 cats there to see Dr. AJ! She’s the best vet I’ve ever dealt with. She’s very knowledgeable & is great with my animals.

I can't thank everyone at Stone enough for all they did for my dog in the past 5 months & continue to do. They went above & beyond to get Milo an EKG appt sooner than the 3+ months Central had him scheduled for. Thank God because of their help in the office & making calls Milo is still with me & doing so much better. I wish I was in a place to give back to them because they truly saved us both. Pic of Milo after his cardiologist appt Stone made happen 2 months sooner than initially scheduled.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Stone. The staff and Doctors were nothing but caring and gentle with my Ella. She was a large and very nervous dog that would try to bite, however they handled her so well. The last vet I was at made me feel bad that she was like that. Not at Stone. They accepted her for the way she was. When it was time for her to cross the Rainbow Bridge the Techs and Dr AJ were so patient and gentle with her. Yesterday I received a card, handwritten, from Dr AJ sending her condolences and a little paw with seeds to plant to remember Ella. They also donated money to a charity in Ella's name. Beautiful. The business they used for cremation was wonderful as well. They sent her remains home in box I picked & it was put in a velvet bag along with an impression of Ella's paw and a Rainbow Bridge token. I am reading these other reviews and I am surprised at the accusations of price gouging. I never felt I was being charged too much. We have had dogs for almost 30 years and where I was taking them in the past was so much more expensive and the care for Ella deteriorated as she was difficult to handle. I hope Stone thrives and is around for a long time. Also I don't know why this is saying I'm from California! I live in Connecticut!!!

Helped me find the owner of a lost cat when he stumbled into my home during a storm. I contacted many vets but Stone's staff was the most helpful and proactive. You can tell that these folks really care for the well being of our critters. If I have to find a new vet for my five cats, I know who is first on my short list.

I have been going to stone vet for about a year after my vet retired, I was really hard pressed to find a place I trusted with my babies…I have to say I couldn’t be happier with stone vet! Dr Anderson did a check up on all three boys, provided a very thorough exam and drew blood panels to make sure they are healthy. I was very happy. I have brought my eldest for a few sick visits and always get in promptly and have my concerns heard. Dr Anderson also neutered my youngest and he recovered so quickly! I was so impressed!! I am so relieved to find a new vet that I trust!!!!

I can't thank Dr AJ and all the staff at Stone for helping our Buddy gain his wings. It was hard as we spent 13 years loving him, they helped us guide him into his final rest. The staff is always so kind, caring and they go above and beyond with their knowledge and pure love for animals.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Couret is amazing, very knowledgeable, kind and compassion. My cat Munchkin is extremely shy and she was able to do the whole exam and also adjust him without any problems. He was relaxed and happy. I highly recommend this place.

Initial visit was reasonable in price. Was able to get same day appointment at no extra charge. The staff was courteous, efficient and loving to my cat and comforting to me. Highly recommend!!

We recently moved away from Connecticut and our biggest regret was we couldn't take Stone Veterinary with us! They are so kind and accommodating and I would recommend them to anyone who lives in the area.

so affordable for day to day care for a pet for half the cost of any vet we've been doing the last 5 years. With us it was a siezure disorder. 55 Dollars for the exact same examination we were paying 130 for elsewhere.

This has been our vet for our cats for years. They were so helpful, kind, and sympathetic during our struggle with our late cat Wheelie when he got a terminal diagnosis. To everyone whining about the hospital being “too expensive:” be a responsible pet owner and buy pet insurance. It costs less than a single dinner out per month. You have no excuses. We racked up almost $10k worth in bills for our cat with lung cancer and paid pennies out of pocket for it all. Allocate the funds for a small monthly payment to protect your baby/ies - if you can’t afford that, then you can’t afford a pet. It’s truly such a shame that such a wonderful business with techs who should be getting paid double what they get now is getting reamed by reviewers who aren’t responsible pet owners and choose to whine about inevitable specialty pet care pricing. There’s a five letter word for that.
