I have to say that I shopped for 3 weeks for a used SUV and after many disappointing experiences I found Crabtree Toyota of Watertown, and Lorenna (I hope I spelled it right), she was the most Magnificent person, she helped me the old fashion way, she made it so easy and pleasant, she's the Best. I recommend Crabtree Toyota of Watertown, and specially Lorenna. Lorenna thank you very much, I wish I found you 3 weeks ago, but I'm so glad and happy I eventually did, wish you the Best. I'm definitely going back.

I do believe you'll be happy with the quality of work Crabtree provides. This would've easily been a five star review had the time to completion/communication had been a little better. Before drop-off, ask when they expect to assess the damages and get an estimated time of delivery. I highly recommend asking for Kevin, the manager, should you have any concerns. He clearly cares about the experience you have and will help you sort through any difficulties.
