I have never been disappointed with the quality of work and the level of customer service provided by Route 63 Automotive. Dealership feel facility but with a Mom and Pop shop relationship. Place is very clean, owner is available and easy to talk with, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A true hidden gem for car care.

Very bad experience after my first two visits never again, the technician stuffed shop rags to stop a small oil leak , only way I found out after the 3rd time going their to get it fixed I went to the dealership to get it fixed.They charged me over 2k to get this done and it was a $5.00 part no charge from the dealership.

Great auto service! The owner, Joe, is knowledgeable, friendly & professional. He explains everything clearly & doesn't perform unnecessary work. The senior mechanic, Sean, is without a doubt the best mechanic in the county. He's a human diagnostic machine wizard of car problems.

I brought my Hyundai Tiburon back 3 times before they fixed it right. I have a Mazda 3 now. On June 2nd I had them install KYB struts/shocks in my car. I bought it back because I heard a knocking noise in the front drivers side. They had to replace the front drivers side strut.I called them again because there was still a problem with the front end. The owner [Joe] said to me that I was the only one that keeps coming back because there was a problem with the work they do. Well Joe, if you fixed it right the first time, I wouldn't have to keep bringing it back. I wouldn't recommend this garage to anybodyWhy don't mention the comment you made to me in regards to bringing both my cars back.It's your job to fix it right the first time. Even if the customer has to bring it back 100 times, YOU have to make it right, without complaining!!!!DID YOU FORGET THE SAYING"THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Joe is very fair and thorough. He recently did my car’s ball joints and front brakes. It Feels like a brand new ride! He has great knowledge of cars and will walk you through your car’s issue. Also I like how immaculate he keeps his shop. Give them a try!

I have had all my work done on my mountaineer done by Sean who is a very talented and extremely knowledgeable mechanic who can figure out and fix problems very quickly. He also replaced the transmission in it over the 18 years I had the vehicle and highly recommend his expertise. Most recently the vehicle became more costly to repair than it was worth and had to salvage it. I searched many dealerships and had Sean inspect one I thought would be good from a Big dealership up the street and upon Sean's inspection he was honest in his assessment of codes that were cleared, some leaks happening & I appreciated the recommendation not to purchase the car. It's hard to find a mechanic that will look out for your best interest and do top quality work even while you wait and can see into the very clean shop as they perform maintenance or repairs on your vehicle. Parts are more costly everywhere and I trust this establishment to work on my vehicles to keep them running smoothly & in peak performance as well as their recommendations for what can wait and what needs attention. They also recommended a great used car dealer across the way that is top notch as well that I am currently in the process of purchasing a vehicle with my son there after it was fully inspected at Route 63 automotive and simple routine maintenance items were performed that the dealer did not add to my purchase. Route 63 has reputable ownership and mechanics here and I wouldn't go anywhere else with my vehicles. Thanks Joe & Sean!!
