I love how owner gave his own business a five star review...and tried to rebuke my claims. He did NOT extend a contract, time shouldn't matter, nor disclose his markups. I had to provide J pegs of things I wanted because he provided me navy blue lace tablecloths . So yes after that pictures were provided to ensure taste was up to level. After I cancelled the event I ordered all my own supplies including linen, flowers, centerpieces, seating charts, favors and desserts and cake. All coming in under 2k (happy to post receipts) so really not sure how 2 weeks of work equates to 4K in charges. Also not sure how any business demands payment one week before event or threatens to cancel all orders. What person would pay someone in full before their event is completed? No one in their right mind would agree to that. Also not sure how anyone would want to work with a person who feels justified in keeping $1680 in deposit money with no services rendered. It certainly sounds like customer service is your focus! And it is certainly true that we had no contact for a week (ironically right after I paid the initial 1680 deposit). I have documentation to support all of this. Good luck roger! Keep giving yourself 5star reviews! You are laughable!
