I've visited a lot of the dealerships on this stretch of road while cross shopping. Haven't made up my mind yet, but I gotta give credit to the pleasant shopping experience with Premier. Friendly staff each time (I keep coming back to the Subaru's). Anyway, if you're in the market this dealership in particular is worth a visit.

Terrific staff and great service as usual! I come back to Middlebury from MA to get my car serviced time to time and Premiere never dissapoints. My car needed a ton of work from wear and tear from the city, and they worked with me to get the parts and work done affordably, efficiently, and QUICK.

I had a great experience at Premier Subaru in Middlebury, CT. First they had me test drive the exact vehicle I searched online without me having to ask, they worked to get me the best rate they could, I love their MySubaru app. You can see all the vehicle diagnostics, make service appointments etc. The car is great, more spacious than I would have expected from an suv with a 3rd row, drives great. The service at premier was great especially Michael, and Gretchen and Carlos were also wonderful. If you’re looking for a good deal with good people this is the place. The car is still new but so far so good and these are great representatives for the Subaru brand.

A perfect service experience. They kept in contact with updates on the car. Service was completed in a timely manner and they made sure my vehicle was clean upon picking it up. Definitely went above and beyond my expectations. They made us a new customer. Will be going here from now on for sure.

Excellent work by Frank Bethin to diagnose and work repairs to my son's primary vehicle. Very much appreciated. Will certainly be coming back for further work as we are confident in the analysis and repairs done to our vehicles.

Dealership was wonderful to work with. My salesman, Mike, was knowledgeable and helped me get just what I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay.
Pick up was seamless. Carlos showed me all the bells and whistles as well as how to best use cruise control. A feature I typically don’t use. Juan in financing was efficient and thorough.
It was a great experience.

Drive in service with the oil change club feature is great. Includes a safety inspection which this found my rear brakes needed service. Complete service done in about 1 1/2 hours.
Scheduling other service online is very easy with confirmation and reminders sent.

Untrustworthy. Bought a used Subaru Forester from here. My own fault for trusting them when I asked after the wheel bearings as the car was loud, and was told that everything on the bearings were good. Now 3 years later brake pads are worn (completely understandable) but one was installed improperly causing other problems. So either it was installed improperly, or they lied about replacing them. I know the used car market is tough, but I have to imagine there are still some trustworthy dealerships out there... Just not this one.

I bought a new subaru last week....I was a little nervous buying a new car, but the gentlemen who sold me the car was so nice...walked me thru the whole deal...calmed me right down...was a very good experience....I would definately recomment Premier to anyone who wants to buy a Subaru....
