Just want to say how great Donna at Paparazzi Boutique was today. Stopped in to begin looking at prom dress options with my daughter. No intention to purchase today, just educate on what the possibility was for her. Donna was so patient and helpful. After listening and gently guiding, she suggested a dress for my daughter that she ended up loving and BAM dress shopping done!! I truly appreciate the fact that we didn't need an appointment and we still got personal service. Thank you Donna!

my sister came here to try on prom dresses. the owner would not stop making comments on her body. she was so rude and disrespectful to her. my sister had to leave because of how many comments she was saying about how she looked. we will definitely never come back. she will go to a different dress place that actually cares about their customers

I like supporting small businesses. My daughter called , and the owner said it was a good time to come in and try on dresses for the prom. When we got there she was on the phone 1/2 the time. Then, she made my daughter feel absolutely horrible about herself insisting she was 3 sizes bigger than she was and telling her she needed to “hide” her stomach area. Who does that? I’d rather pay double the price somewhere else then give her our business.

I went in for a New Year's Eve dress years ago (when they first opened) The owner was AWFUL - offensive and rude. I swore I'd never set foot in there again...fast forward 20 years and my daughter just LOVED the dresses in the windows and wanted to go look for prom dresses. I said ok, I figured to have lasted this long she couldn't be that bad maybe I had caught her on a bad day all those years ago. Saturday morning 2/12/22 I brought my super excited daughter in to look for a prom gown. It was the WORST experience ever. She didn't even acknowledge us when we came in and then she literally ripped a dress out of my hand and said 'she wants to try it on if she doesn't like it your daughter can try it' and handed it to someone who had come in after us. WTF? We were there first. Who even does that?! The experience was just horrible - way to ruin a kids first prom experience she was so excited to visit your shop...there was no need to be an absolute monster. Anyway our customer experience sucked and if there was a way to give less than 1 star she earned it oh - and dress I bought all those years ago had rip on side of dress luckily my mom was able to fix it.

The owner is very welcoming. We did not know you needed an appointment but since she wasn’t busy she helped us. She made my daughter’s prom dress shopping experience wonderful. She knows exactly what colors and styles look good on someone and made my daughter smile the whole time.

I was looking for a long dress for my daughter 's'wedding. I thought I would try a boutique for something out of the ordinary. Needless to say the owner needs to get a better attitude, she was trying to hurry me the picking out something to try on never asked me what I might like to see. Kept saying I don't have mother of the bride dresses , she was totally focused on the people that were trYing one thing after another in the fitting rooms. Kept telling me they would be done soon. I sure hope her time spent with them was successful, because she didn't care about anyone else in there. Also she had a way of making potential customers feel belittled. Bad reviews travel fast.

It’s a fabulous boutique to get that something special for yourself or a gift for someone special....like cashmere toppers, unique jewelry, cocktail dresses and faux leather leggings. I like that all the thinking is done for you with carefully selected items curated by the owner, Donna Senk.

After visiting Paparrazzi Boutique this week in need of a dress, I was so pleased with the customer service, friendly environment and quality of dresses. So grateful for the owners assistance in dress suggestions, accessories and even lined me up with a seamstress. I would highly recommend this location and will definitely be visiting again!
