If i can give zero stars i would very racist people there driver likes too go after the same people over and over my car was picked up and now all of my dashboard lights are on which they was not on before they touched my car they are never in the office very slack when you call the person is picking up the phone from home they purposely make you wait to charge you more telling you that there dmv system is down and they will call you in less than 30 minutes never returns calls i have a camera inside of my car showing the driver driving carelessly with my car on the back of the hoopty tow truck i do not recommend to ever use this company go anywhere else but here this place needs too be closed down permanently Waterbury tow and recovery inc is the best tow company in waterbury & oakville

I was stuck in my vintage Mercedes in park on Sunday in Bethlehem. I tried calling an other towing co but they had me waiting for 2 hours. I call myhoopy and he dropped what he was doing at 4 pm on Sunday and got there in 20 min. He discovered with our car stuck in park he didn't want to drag it and use a dolly system instead not wanting to take any chance of ruing my car. He then was so kind to drive my wife and me home in Woodbury as a courtesy . In the early morning he picked up my car as promised sent pics and didn't even have payment. I dropped it off later. If you ever need a tow he is the only one to use. The others come from all over the Stste. They are right in Oakville and they are first class and keep their word. Highly recommended !

This towing company sucks. Doesn’t take credit cards and says they charge extra for Sunday fees and for 5 speeds. Ruined my alignment on my car. Would hate to have this job ruining peoples lives on the daily.

Disgusting vile money thirsty scumbags. These people have no morals and they just drive around towing people’s car that is fully REGISTERED but will lie to hold the cars for days and won’t release until you pay them for illegally towing your car.
