Don’t go here, it’s not even a real place inaccurate information all around from number, address to website and then set up an appointment to meet with the dealer to not show nor answer his phone. Surely dodged a bullet. Avoid here!

Additional information May 12th 2022 my vehicle 2006 g35x infiniti was picked up after 3 months of Jason having the vehicle. May 27th 2022 the water pump and radiator failed on the car. Upon bringing the vehicle to the shop. PWi warranty was called to have a claim put in to fix the radiator and water pump. Pwi declined fixing the car due to the water pump and radiator was not covered. Jason should have known the water pump and radiator were failing due to the transmission line was wet (hanging from underneath the vehicle ) jason claimed he fixed the transmission line and he had the air conditioner on in the vehicle when I picked it up May 12, 2022. Jason claims the water pump and radiator are part of the engine . I only had the vehicle for fifteen days and the water pump and radiator fails cost of repairs $1333,58. Jason action are inappropriate and unacceptable . Jason sells me a warranty with nothing covered actually the warranty I didnt pay for nor wanted. I should be fully reimbursed. see new photosUpdate May 16th 2022 I spoke with Linda PWI warranty 2:30pm She stated Jims auto paid $750.00 for 12months with no tax added and no renewal the warranty expire 5/2023. Jason tried to deceive me . He stated the warranty will renew and tax was added to the warranty. This is not true .Jason needs to refund me $1050. Its sad that jason takes advantage of customers and every time I talk with Jason about the warranty he tells a different story.Feb 19th 2022 I purchased a 2006 infinit g35 including a PWI preferred power train warranty for $1,800Jason was the salesman. Struts needed to be done on the car, seats replace, exhaust , power windows and the line under the front of the car. Jason agreed to fix the problems by writing. it on the contract and initialing it. Jason has given me a hard time since not answering calls, not being pleasant ,not returning telephone calls. I repeatedly called PWI warranty to find out my vehicle was not listed with PWI. May 12 2022 I pick up my vehicle after 3months of a terrible experience. Jason has a PWi budget warranty for one year cost $750.00. I didnt agree to this warranty for one year Jason blinded me and switched warranty. He owes me $1,800 I already paid or $1050 balance from the $750,. I dont want the budget plan warranty for one year its not what I paid for on my contract. $1800- $750.00 = $1050.Jason spent $1,200 to fix the car he should pay for it not me. I would like my warranty money back he's not right . Jason maybe pleasant but he fools customers. My contract clearly states warranty $1,800,. Beware of Jason

Feb 19 2022 I purchased a 2006 Infiniti G35 and $1800 pwi power train warranty Jason put in writing on the contract that he would fix struts,line under the front of the car, power seats and power windows.while the car was being repaired Jason ignored my calls,had bad behavior,his tone of voice was not nice.May 12 2022 3 months of a terrible experience of Jason repairing the vehicle. Also prior to picking up the vehicle I continuously called Pwi warranty the company stated three times my vehicle is not under warranty .on may 12 2022 Jason gives me another pwi budget warranty for one year price $750. I paid $1800 for a Pwi warranty where is the rest of my money $1050? $1800-$750 is $1050. I don't want a pwi budget warranty .Jason needs to refund me back the $1800 or $1050 .I have a written contract where the $1800 is added in the vehicle price for a warranty.Jason just can't give me something I didn't pay for without consulting with me first. Worked with Jason today on buying a used car, hands down one of the friendliest salesman I’ve ever met. He was very upfront about the vehicle and provided detailed service records for it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal and friendly service.

I've never delt with Jim's Auto repair Except to deliver Auto parts and some Paints when I was Driving for GARY'S AUTO PARTS OF WTBY, JIM RAN OR RUNS A GOOD FAIR BUSINESS! !!!!
