Good company, and you're treated with respect. I was given a good deal for my auto insurance and term life insurance. Caleb, my agent, was quite professional and promptly answered my calls. He carefully explained everything to Mr and corrected whatever had to be corrected.

Poor customer service. Poor communication. Still waiting for reimbursement after two weeks of canceling of policy. To be informed will have two wait an additional two weeks to receive refund. Staff is very unprofessional. Requested to speak to manager no response from a manger. I would not recommend this State Farm agent to anyone.

I absolutely LOVE Jacinto and his team’s quality of work and customer service, especially Caleb!! I’ve personally have been working with Caleb and he is nothing short of AMAZING! He goes above and beyond for you. He is super informative, easily accessible and when he isn’t.. he returns your call ASAP!
