The first appointment I had was cancelled due to an employee being ill but was never contacted about it. I found out when I arrived at the facility for the appointment and was sent home with a second appointment. The second appointment was cancelled a day later due to another employee illness. I was reassigned as a drop off and was told I'd receive a phone call when my taxes are complete. One week later I called to check on the status of my taxes and was told they were never assigned to anyone. Very disappointed. The secretary makes it a point to always be correct in her statements and blames everyone else but herself. Will find somewhere else to file my taxes next year.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! These people cost me $4,600 because they filed my taxes WRONG. And on top of that, I could NOT get a call back from Andrea the office manager, or Arthur the tax preparer to explain to me what happened.I know below this comment the company will post: “We’d like the opportunity to work with you and make it right. If you could call us at X”, hey here’s an idea, pick up the phone when I call or call me back when I leave a message. Unreal how bad (and expensive) this place is.If you at all cared about your customers you would reach out to them. Why ask me to call if I cant get a hold of anyone. HR Block is the worst, this confirms it.
