My husband and I changed from a larger pharmacy to Watertown Health Complex. The Patel’s and the staff are phenomenal. We are happy with their medical and pharmaceutical services. They are kind, compassionate and committed to their customers. Warm regards from Wendell and Nancy DWH

If I could give them a zero I would. Charged my senior citizen parent $160 for a COVID booster!! Lied to her saying healthcare coverage didn’t cover the booster. SHAMEFUL SCAMMERS

A family member was filling their medications at Health Complex for over 30 years, and for the majority of that time there were few if any issues when dealing with the owners Ed & Dick; both very helpful. However, when Sanja took over the Pharmacy we encountered more issues such as (he did not have all of the RX available or an issue filling it with workers comp, or he was out and it wouldn't be available until next day plus many more). He was very unpleasant to work with and never helpful. My family member is on several types of pain medications and Sanja told him at the end of 2020 that he would no longer be able to fill the medications that he was filling for years. He only noted that he would not be carrying them anymore but after speaking to other Pharmacies in town they claimed that was not true and that he could and should still fill them. My family member has since found another local pharmacy on main street who has been EXTREMELY helpful and a pleasure to work with. On top of this they have fantastic hours unlike Health Complex who continued to cut back on their hours; note -they are open on Sunday and only a few hours on Saturday. I would suggest using another Pharmacy in place of Health Complex where the service will be much nicer and not like you are taking up their time.

After a communication error was resolved the VERY PATIENT, PROFESSIONAL, KIND Woman (JOYCE) was able to provide a nebulizer that saved my mother from undue stress, anxiety and of course breathing. I appreciate ALL her kindness & effort. Thank you Joyce !!!

An employee at the pharmacy sized me for a wrist immobilizer brace incorrectly. When I returned for the correct size, they would not make an exchange or give a discount on the correct size. That was some expensive advice, and an expensive paperweight.

Small pharmacy with excellent customer service, but retail prices are higher than chains like CVS and Rite Aid
