Outstanding service! The staff is super friendly and made me feel very comfortable leaving my car for a few days while they did some major repairs. They did an inspection report and called me right after sending it to review the report with me. They even found some issues that they repaired the Audi dealership never mentioned. Also the quote that GAR gave me was significantly more reasonable than what Audi quoted me. I WILL be returning to German Auto Repair and recommend them to other German car drivers.

Best of the best, Jackie and the team swapped a bad differential in my Audi RS7 while dealing with my less than helpful aftermarket warranty company. Go see these guys if you need some work done, and want it done right.

My Porsche had a major problem that made it impossible to drive. Two other mechanics that I called could not take it for three or four weeks. A colleague recommended German Auto Repair. They allowed me to tow it to their shop that day. They were friendly and courteous. I’ve only driven the car for two days, but everything appears to be running well. Would strongly recommend them

I found German Auto Repair to be a very courteous auto repair shop. Their staff really know how to diagnose, follow up with their customers, assist the customer with 3rd party warranties that people purchase when buying used vehicles. Their prices are by far, better than going to a dealership. I'm definitely going to be returning to German Auto Repair for my vehicle issues.

Amazing job on my Mercedes Sprinter! No one could figure out what was wrong and German Auto Repair could! They found that battery acid had corroded the hidden ECU - they cleaned up everything and got a new one and programmed it with the Mercedes software and now it's running great! All for a reasonable price. The entire process was very smooth, with photos and expert diagnosis and they were very open and transparent with their estimate and what the final bill was. No surprises! And much less than the dealer! They now have a new customer! Highly recommended!

Been going to German Auto Repair since I inherited my grandfather's Mercedes back in 2020. Mark and Jacque are just terrific and always take such good care of my car. Additionally, they are always fair with their pricing and have even helped in a pinch when needed. Also great that they offer a loaner for the day now as well, which really helps take the stress off of finding my way to and from the shop. So thankful to have found a trustworthy and reliable team.

RUN AWAY From This Shop!!!! I thought I was dealing with a professional shop. I’m a very cordial honest and respectful person. I have a 1994 Mercedes-Benz S420 Jaque was so unprofessional and stated that my car is 30 years old and I’m always accusing them of stealing pieces off of my car. And Jackie kept saying your car is 30 years old. It’s 30 years old. Like it means the car is less worthy of the same professional treatment as a newer vehicle. All my other door strips are in immaculate condition. I have photos to prove this. This company acts like if they care about older cars they charge me $250 an hour for a classic car fee and they disrespect me and my vintage Mercedes. Jaque was so rude to me in the phone, I have pictures that show the weatherstrip thats ripped in the same exact spots and discoloration. I asked to speak to Mark and she stated he’s not gonna come to the phone for something like this thank you for your business, but we’re not doing business with you anymore. They disrespecting my vehicle because of its age, but lead customers to believe they care about classics. Somehow, the gasket never made it back to my door, my original gasket. That’s the bottom line she stated oh you accuse us before stealing stuff. I never accused this business of stealing anything. Things happen it gets busy in the shop. I understand my dad worked in an auto shop for over 40 years. I asked if they saw a clip off of the engine bay. And on another occasion, a Bluetooth controller . I had to go back several times because the door was not put on properly. I had to bring my vehicle to a body shop to get my door put on properly. I paid them an extra $106 to do the job right. Now my door closes properly. I requested in writing please save old parts. That didn’t happen I had an actuator put in and some bulbs. The panel keeps falling off. I’m awaiting a phone call from the owner, Mark, which I was not given the opportunity to speak to. Oh, he would not come to the phone for something like this. Jague stated that she has authority to not do business. With me anymore. She’s happy to take money for this 30 year-old vehicle, but disrespected at the same time. RUN away from this shop! Hopefully, I hear from the owner Mark so we could resolve this issue. If I could post this review without giving it a star, I would give it zero stars actually -0 stars!

Great service! It was only a few days to get an appointment and the services provided were far less expensive than the BMW dealer. They were also able to complete some unexpected repairs on the same day. Super friendly, accommodating, and made me feel great about my used car purchase. They also have great communication with text updates, photos, and detailed explanations throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at German Auto Repair. I had my car in for tires, alignment and some suspension work and I am very satisfied with the whole experience. I thought the price was fair, and that I was treated well throughout the process. Highly recommended.
