Brought my Shiba in for a cleaning and she came back home and her ears were bothering her, we mentioned to them to be careful with water getting in her ears. Just came back from Vet urgent care, she now has two ear infections in both ears. Will never bring my animal here again. She was perfectly fine before she went.

Brought my 2 cats to get their nails trimmed. They scheduled us an appt for the next day (after we played phone tag for a day - they always called me right back when I missed their call), and they took us right in when we got there. They finished my first cat's nails by the time I had brought the 2nd one in from the car. Total time: 6 minutes - it took longer for me to load and unload them in the car at home! Definitely worth it to not have to wrestle them trying to do it at home ourselves, and especially with how quick of an appt it was. Really easy scheduling, really easy appt, and lovely people. Thank you!!! ?

I don't know what they do to Max, but he gets soooo excited to see them. They do a great job with his grooming and he loves to go there.

Do not take your dog here! Place is super stinky and my dog came out smelling even worse. They charged $80 for just a bath and nails and it took 3 hours. When they called to pick up my dog they said cash or check only which they did not tell me ahead of time. Overall place looks old, moldy, and just plain GROSS!
