Excellent staff doing their best for the company and customers! The current staff needs at least $10/hr pay increases to incentivize increasing hours. In addition, there is a need for corporate lien changes to increase workflow efficiency at pickup and drive-through. Plus there are needs to decrease Readyfill demands which turn into return to stock demands which is overwhelming the staff. Thank you to all the amazing understanding customers!!

I actually do have a question for the pharmacist - "What is wrong with this business"? I encourage everyone to call 1-800-SHOP-CVS and complain about their horrendous service.I have been on hold for 2 hours with the Pharmacy to ask them to fill my medication that I am completely out of. This should have been filled 2 days ago, but they told me that the Pharmacy is "a week behind" on prescriptions. What a joke.

While in prior years I have been impressed by the gentleman pharmacist that I dealt with, currently, CVS has some major problems. Apparently due to staffing shortages the pharmacy is over a week late filling prescriptions, closed the drive-thru lane, typically has 8 customers waiting in line for the prescription counter, fills prescriptions that are not required and cannot be turned off, sending erroneous text messages with regard to prescription status and indicating failure of the doctors offices to submit prescriptions...which prescriptions I have verified that my doctor's office sent. Recently a daily prescription I take ran out and have not had the medication for over a week. I also checked the CVS on West Main St. in Waterbury and they are in a similar situation with even longer lines. I am a senior with back issues and I cannot stand in line for an hour. It would be nice if someone could at least answer the telephone. After searching with Google, apparently CVS has problems nationally, not just CT, and was fined by the State of California. Unfortunately, CVS is the 'preferred' pharmacy by AETNA Medicare which means that if I go to another non-preferred pharmacy, I will have to pay more for my prescriptions. AETNA and CVS need to get their act together.

Wait for ever for prescription in drive thru now its closed went inside 9 people in line . Moved scripts to west main wtby they are usually very good .

It's December people are sick your pharmacy drive thru needs to be open. Hire more staff or give your techs some overtime. Pay people better and you'd have more employees

Let me start by saying I don't blame the workers in pharmacy. But CVS is absolutely awful. Beyond awful. They refuse to pick up the phone now for anything, so I can't even get my prescriptions moved, my Dr has to call in new orders to a new pharmacy. I can't wait 7 days for a prescription to be filled. The lines to actually speak to a human being are insanely long and then they randomly close. It's unacceptable that a business continues to be run like this.

The people working in the pharmacy dept deserve our patience. What corp does to them as well as the customers is appalling. They are so short staffed that again the pharmacy didn't open. Now tomorrow these unfortunate people will be doing two days plus work. I really hope cvs appreciates the amazing people thy have at this location and gives the a huge holiday bonus. The deserve it since cutting costs has made the communities lives difficult.

I would prefer to give them 1 star if possible. I have never had such poor customer service. I called last week to see if my prescription was filled and I was on hold so long that I drove from Middlebury to Oakville and waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes while my call was on hold, just to find out they did not have my prescription. I just called today to check on my prescription and decided to hang up after being on hold for over 15 minutes.I'm not sure if this is a corporate issue or and on-site management issue but I'm pulling my scripts and moving them to Bunker Hill Pharmacy. The poor customer service is probably a result of corporate greed not wanting to staff-up appropriately and not the fault of the onsite staff who are asked to do the work of several people.

Customer service sucks after I was told we have the meds it will be ready in 30mins to come back I sat and waited with my sick babies in the car in the cold to save me from bundling them up and bringing them back out drove to the window an hr later to be told sorry I thought we have it it’s out of stock check back tomorrow after 4pm mam my son is sick he needs them maybe u should of said so before hand so I can arrange for his dr to send it there well if u like u can go to the other branch on Main Street I think they have it in stock like seriously u think not even sure every time u come there for over the counter meds is a silly excuse so pissed ??

Needed to speak with the pharmacy to correct a prescription issue. The pharmacist couldn't have been more in a hurry actually kind of rude. I was told my prescription was being filled with no mention of a wait time. I went to the pharmacy in about an hour after the phone call. The pharmacy line was about 10 customers long, finally i was waited on and told that my prescription was not ready but they would rush it and it would take about an hour. Why couldn't the pharmacist tell me there would be a wait while I was on the phone. Everyone is in a rush. I had a similar experience the last time I picked up a prescription. CVS should hire more employees or don't take on the business you cannot handle.

One of the women at the drive thru window keeps flirting with my husband right in front of me, 2 times now, next time I'll say something loudly and embarrass her. We laughed and drove away.
