EDNEI LIMA sales manager & Efren were fantastic and went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. The drive to Watertown was worthy on a Sunday morning. Everyone was happy and excited to see customers coming in. Great first impression is always the best one.

I had to use Toyota Crabtree services multiple times initially to fix my old but loved Camry 2005. Glenn (the mechanic) was always honest and straightforward regarding what needs to be fixed and what can wait. Eventually, I had to trade in my old car and I just bought a new RAV4 Hybrid 2024. I am so thankful to the salesman Evan, who guided me through the whole process of purchasing a new car. He was very attentive to my criteria, always available for any of my questions or concerns and made this whole process much easier than it could be. I am so happy with my new RAV4, it feels like a perfect match, and I highly recommend Evan and the whole team to all potential clients ☺️

I went to Crabtree Toyota Saturday to get my car appraised and just look. I was there all day my salesman Steven plus other managers helped me choose a great newer car. Steven was very patient in helping with my purchase.

The car is great, it has space and comfort. ???But unfortunately the service at this establishment is terrible. ???A lack of commitment. This store has to be attended with a recorder or a camera, to prove everything that is said and promised, because if not you will have a headache in addition to the loss, something unnecessary. Maybe I was attended by the wrong person, unfortunately it was not just a salesperson.
