Mike was very knowledgeable when we were purchasing our new truck. He was more than pleasant and very patient with us, while going over all the new features on our Denali. Great experience from start to finish. Definitely will request him for our next purchase. Thank you to all GMC of Watertown employees for helping us through this experience

Buick of Watertown is a spectacular dealership. I have used it for decades, as far back as when it was Saturn. Highly recommended!

This is my first time ever writing a review, because I feel truly out of options. I purchased a 2021 certified pre owned Silverado 2500 on may 17th 2024 as my work vehicle. The purchase process was very straightforward. A month later on June 27th I started noticing transmission problems, (truck shifted super hard). on Monday July 1st, I called off of work and took the truck to the dealership to have them check it out, a technician test drone it and said it definitely had a problem. I was going to use the truck on that weekend for a work trip and was told that if I needed a car none where available as loaners and I’d have to get a rental from an agency and they’d give me a undisclosed discount. I called and canceled my work trip and instead set up an appointment for Monday July 8th, to have the truck go in for servicing and get my loaner. On July 6th my check engine light came on and vehicle was reduced to 40 miles an hour. I missed work again on July 8th to try and see what the dealer would do since I live 80 miles away and the truck won’t make it to highway speeds. I called the dealership, they told me they won’t get me a tow because I was too far, they won’t give me the loaner because I would be traveling out of state with it, Which they knew since the beginning( I live in NY and dealership is in CT). They told me to find a dealership on my own that would do the servicing, and if I needed a car to rent one on my own pocket and possibly get a reimbursement at a later date. So now I am stuck making payments on a vehicle I won’t have for the foreseeable future, I don’t have a car and no resolution whatsoever. I purchased this truck because I needed a reliable vehicle and that’s why I purchased certified, not for it to break down a month later. I was told by another dealership that since the 30 day period passed after purchasing the truck, Watertown doesn’t care anymore since I can’t do anything anymore. Be very cautious when buying a used vehicle here,

Kyle and his sales team were really great work with. The whole sales process was efficient, flexible, and fair. What really sets Buick GMC of Watertown apart is their customer service. Both Kyle, Sales GM, and Brian, Service Manager, went out of their way to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Great experience and will buy from them again.

My wife and I recently saw a vehicle advertised at Buick GMC of Watertown, CT. So, we made an appointment and drove on down from MA. When we arrived, we were greeted by Nick Pankosky, Ingersoll GMC's sales repersentive. He immediately made us feel confortable, making sure our physical needs were met, i.e. (refreashments, restroom, etc). And then he took us to see and test drive the vehicle. The vehicle, by the way, was a used 22, but looked and felt brand new, 13K miles. After the test drive, my wife and I discussed the vehicle and decided we wanted the vehicle. We went and sat down with Nick and started to work out the pirticulars of the sale. Nick made the process pleasant and effortless. After we agreed on a price and payments, he introduced us to the finance manager, Dylan. We met with Dylan and completed the paper work. If your looking for a great vehicle buying experiance, I highly recomend the Ingersoll Buick GMC group. They made the buying experiance effortless and easy. By the way, this buying experiance happened when the auto sales industry had the breach. And the experiance was still effortless and easy. So I recomend if your looking for a great deal and a great buying experiance, go see Nick at Ingersoll, Buick GMC in Watertown CT.

I went to Watertown GMC as I was looking for a newer and safer vehicle shortly after my son was born.
I looked at several vehicles here, of which for one reason or another was not exactly what I was looking for in my search.
Nick (sales rep) continued to follow up with me with potential options, on 6/21 he informed me of an Acadia that had just come in off a lease at their Danbury location.
The vehicle was brought to the Watertown location on 6/22, and I went down to see it. First thing I found upon reviewing it was that the rear passenger door had visible damage, not from an accident, but in need of repair and repaint/blending. I was assured the issue would be dealt with by the reconditioning process. Overall I liked the setup and color of the vehicle, but had concern with the potential quality & outcome of the body work.
After having some hesitation around the damaged door, Nick had Kyle (the General Manager i believe) come out to talk to me. I was assured by him that he had the utmost confidence in the body shop they use in Watertown and that the work would be done properly and that I would be happy with the outcome. He also proceeded to mention, that if there was no deposit on the vehicle it would go back to the Danbury location, which meant it would go to that local body shop for repair, not the one in Watertown. After some discussion with my wife, I opted to put the deposit on the vehicle, with the stipulation that the deposit was refundable, largely due to earlier concerns expressed about how the body work would come out. Upon leaving I was told they would be calling the body shop first thing Monday morning, based on this discussion I was under the impression the repair should only take a few days or maybe a week if the body shop was backed up as summer time can be a bit busier i was told.
I waited until Friday 6/28, at which point after hearing no updates I reached out to Nick to inquire about the status. I was told it was at the shop and it would be back either end of next week or early the following week, that time frame meaning Friday 7/5 or Monday 7/8.
7/5 and 7/8 passed with no updates. Finally after hearing nothing for days, I again reached out to Nick on 7/11 to get the status via text, when he called back I was told the vehicle is being repaired in Danbury not Watertown, they had been trying to get an update all week but couldn't get a reply from the service department. He did admit at that point time they did not know the ETA of the vehicle to be returned back to Watertown. As it has been almost 3 weeks since I gave them my deposit, I ended up pulling my deposit at this point.
To their credit, Nick did acknowledge he failed to properly communicate with me, and Kyle did call me the following day to apologize and when the vehicle did come back they did offer me the opportunity to look at it. However, i did not feel comfortable spending over $30,000 (w/ taxes, fees, & add-ons) on a vehicle here because i was planning to add both the paint protection (due the nature of the repair) as well as their extended warranty plan, and felt if this was the level of service i was going to be offered before buying the vehicle that i was less than confident it would be better after i had shelled out the money.
Upon searching Autotrader a few days later, i found the same vehicle listed, for $300 less then the agreed upon sales price we had agreed to. Only a couple more days later from there it was down $1,000 less then we had agreed to, (28,900 before any fees, taxes, add-ons and now sitting at $27,968) which furthered the disappointment after trying to to negotiate the price lower and being told they were already at rock bottom. This really makes me question their honesty and integrity.
At any rate, I am looking at other vehicles at this point and as much as I liked that particular one, I will not be purchasing it or going back

Selling my 2022 Lexus RH 450H to Aldo from Ingersoll Auto was a fantastic experience. Despite my higher asking price, Aldo remained communicative and understanding, never pressuring me. He brought all paperwork to my house, making the process convenient, and handled canceling my license plates. I simply signed papers and handed over keys – Aldo took care of the rest. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout. I highly recommend Aldo from Ingersoll Auto for a seamless and hassle-free car selling experience. Thank you Aldo!
