Bought a used 2020 honda civic and my guy Henry helped me out a lot. I was trying to trade in my wrx due to some mechanical issues and they definitely worked with me to find a deal that pleased both of us. I'm so happy with my new car and I hope to keep coming back and giving them my business.

I had a 9 am appointment for a recall. Service representative informed me that the car would be ready by 3 pm after being told on the phone when making the appointment 1-2 hours . So when I got there I had to have my son leave work drive 30 minutes to come pick me up. I was barely home 10 minutes and they called to say car was ready. All because the representative was too lazy to check how long it would take we were completely inconvenienced. The response was "oh sorry I didn't know how backed up or not they were". I will certainly not return to purchase or service again.

I live in NYC and had to deal with being annoyed by the sales reps in HONDA MILLENNIUM IN LONG ISLAND. While visiting in Connecticut (WATERTOWN), I was greeted by Mr. Norbert Jakova, Mr. Jakova was so professional with no hassle nor stress, he helped me with every step of the way, and only had me there for my transaction less than two hours. I appreciated his knowledge of how things will work for me and in addition, guided me in the right direction. He is a true salesperson with kindness and understanding. Thank you, N.J.

I am so happy ,TODD got me right in for my starter to get replaced on my 2017 Honda accord!!! And he helped me with the pricing he really worked with me when no one else would ,his communication was fantastic he kept me updated on everything!! I definitely will be bringing my Honda back in the future,I won't go to anyone else but Todd!! That's my guy for now on!! Thanks for everything!!

Horrible experience getting 4 tires and an oil change on Saturday. It was without a doubt the worst customer service I've ever had and wouldn't recommend them to anyone who asks.

On 4/29/23 I visited Watertown Honda to purchase a 2023 Honda CRV. I was originally told they would sell it to me at MSRP. Upon my visit they asked for $6k over MSRP. "For Me" they were willing to take off $1k. This is total fabricated nonsense using the excuse there is a "shortage of new cars". The manager refused to come out of his hole and talk with me and my wife. I simply told the salesman who was I was leaving and would buy a car that day at MSRP, which I did. Conclusion: DO NOT buy any brand car above MSRP. I expect via Yelp the manager will know provide a stupid statement. I already sent a letter to the Honda Corporate ethics department. Thank you to Westport Honda for providing me a new car at MSRP!

I take reviews with a grain of salt, but this dealership I would agree on the low rating. I went to look at what they had in inventory and test drive a few cars. The sales rep Chris was standing outside smoking and immediately asked us if he can help us. I already could tell this wasn't the guy that would be in my best interest and was just looking for a sale. I didn't want to offend him and let him not help us so we agree... and sure enough this typical salesman didn't do a good job. I told him what I wanted and my budget, he went to go to his manager for the numbers and long story short had it not been for another sales rep I would've left there with not test driving anything! I had to agree that I would buy a car for me to drive it lol he then made up some b*llsh*t that they didn't have anything similar to what I wanted but the other rep pointed one out in the parking lot that was RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE WINDOW were we were seated. What a joke. 'Let me take your money and not let you explore our options.' After a test drive in a similar used car, which the sales rep did not join us in (weird but thank God), we returned and he said him and the manager didn't want to give me the numbers for me to purchase the car unless I was ready to buy!!! Lolololol what the heck! His excuse was that they didn't want me to take the quote to another dealer to beat their deal...Who does business like that?? I'm in sales for solar, you should WANT to give your customer the best deal or else you WONT make a deal!! I already made up my mind that I wasn't going to make a decision that day because it was the second dealership I went to. No one should feel pressured to buy a car on the spot unless it's what they wanted. They had 3 2023 cars there, neither of them were what I was looking for. But he didn't even want to show me their older inventory or show me how I can build one for shipment. I don't recommend this place. Go to Toyota next door, you'll get better service that's for sure.

Buying a car is a hard decision these days. I found a car at Watertown Honda and put a deposit on it. I was nervous about the car because of the mileage. I found the same car elsewhere with a lot less miles and one year newer. When I called the dealership to talk about it and ask about cancellation the manger screamed at me, threatened me and told me he was going to drive to my house and leave the car in my driveway. I was shaking! I didn't even pay for the car yet. Needless to say, I am not sure I will see the $1000 deposit again as I am nervous to even go back there at this point.

Aux battery dead after a month, no help. Got a great trade-in and fair price on a car but this is a dealership you should take cars to a mechanic to have checked out first, this dealership will hold the small print against you if anything goes wrong.

Well Watertown honda service department wants a lawsuit I'll give it to them ... they got the tires I wanted but switched out my rims and put messed up ones on my car but little did they know I got a camera in my car that caught them doing it ... so either give me the rims back or see my attorney later.

Bought my car from Watertown Honda and loved the experience. Everyone was wicked helpful. However, I had my first service done there and it was a nightmare. I’ve already written a review about that, so I won’t repeat myself, but it gets worse. Noticed I had some oil on my garage floor, but thought it might’ve been residual stuff from the service. Then a couple weeks ago it was really bad. Finally got it in for a service at a more local Honda dealership and they found that whoever did the service didn’t fully tighten the oil drain plug. Now I have to pay to get it cleaned and another oil change. $213 because someone in the service department couldn’t do their job. I called and couldn’t get a hold of anyone to talk to.

If I could give it half star I would. I went in today and was being helped by Brian from sales. My wife needed a new car and we test drove a CR-V and liked it. We also have a trade. We loved the red model CR-V in the showroom and we were told outrageous payment amounts (we have great credit) but planned on buying the car cash. I spoke to the sales guy and said 30K cash and we'll take it right now. He goes to the back and comes back out sand says 41K. This is a tough market I understand that but it seems this dealer is looking to rip you off. I understand making some money but 11K extra after we settled on a price. I don't know who's working in the back room where our sales guy went but, I don't think that person cares about anything other than profits. I think this is a perfect example of greed at Watertown Honda. Honda is a great brand/manufacturer but these dealers need to be realistic.

Honda of Watertown is an Awesome car dealership! Salesman Bryan and Henry exceeded our expectations and found us the perfect car! Despite the current car shortage they found us exactly what we wanted at an extremely fair price. Thank you so much!
