Every time I call the receptionist seems very inconsiderate.. vca is so much better people wise and animal wise it’s sad that you call them for health issues and they still have the attitude in their voice that they don’t care ..

The people at the front desk are nice but the Vet himself is EXTREMELY agressive towards the animals. He thinks it’s funny to grab them and yell in their face. He grabbed my chihuahuas face and repeatedly yelled “IM THE BOSS HERE NOT YOU” because she was super scared and tried wiggling out of his arms. He makes things very uncomfortable and awkward and doesn’t care about the feelings of the pets or owners. Please do not go here. Go to Colchester they are very kind and great prices

I love the staff and the secretaries; they're always so kind, gentle and very helpful!! But I've had very bad experiences with the vet himself; each time I went; he did not treat my cat with care; He was always too rough and too quick to handle and do things, which made my cat's anxiety raise up even though I told the vet ahead a time that I would be the one to hold and handle my cat while he did the procedure, but he did not listen which made my cat more nervous and agitated. Then when I told the vet my concerns and worries; he brushed them aside. My poor baby is Not happy and so aren't I!

Vet is great . Great an compassionate staff at the WAH . They have treated all my pets 3 dogs 1 cat an I would take my turtle there if needed?

I was a customer there for many yrs, and I was okay with the vet. But when I had to put my dog down a few wks ago, the vet acted so cod and totally uncaring.

Terrible experience. I had to go pay at another vet again for what this vet didn't do. He had arthritis and took his limping as allergies. Probably for the best because if it wasn't for the bad interaction I wouldn't have found the one I did and they are amazing! I hate to give bad reviews but this cost me more money and maybe the vet will be more vigilant with future pets and customers.

They just want money. They add on fees without even informing you. My cat pooped in his carrier, the assistant vet removed it WITH HER BARE HANDS and I got charged an addition fecal removal fee which I never even asked for. My cat has been having trouble eating his dry food, they did extensive blood work, but after I inspected him my own I could've seen that he just lost one of his front sharp teeth. He also had a major flea infestation that they didn't notice. They said my cat needed to go in a specific diet but couldn't reccomend any brands.

Had to reschedule a checkup for my cat today and spoke with Lynn on the phone who was kind enough to give me some tips and pointers for making my cat as comfortable as he can be from now until the rescheduled appointment, the Waterford animal hospital always does a fantastic job of being helpful and informative, very professional and very grateful that you guys are located in the area!
