“They have a full service optical department, who knew? I recently broke my glasses, and my backups were an OLD pair. I needed something quickly. I called the optical department and they were able to get me in that same day for an exam. The process was such cool technology, went very quickly and the technician was great. I ordered glasses that day and was back to pick up the finished product within a week. Amazing! I am definitely recommending this optical department to everyone I know!”
“THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE AT A CAR/TIRE SHOP EVER!! I have had numerous issues with my car recently that led to a lot of work and money being spent on it. I had priced match tires at Costco, Bjs, Midas, dealerships, etc. and Town Fair Tire was the best price and quality by a mile! When I went, a gentleman named Ralph was helping me. He was beyond informative helping me with other issues while I was waiting. I have never had an experience at a car place where someone was actually kind and wanted to help just out of the kindness of their heart. I would recommend this place over and over again.

“I am a visiting nurse in New London and have had to go to Goodyear three times this year to have a new tire replaced because I am wearing them down so fast or I hit a curb. They are always so kind to me even when I am stressed and I know my last visit I even was rude and apologized. This last visit I popped my tire in the middle of the day in between patients. I went there because I know how good they’ve been in the past and they’ve gotten me in and out while I’m trying to work. They got me a new tire and back on the road seeing Patients in 24 minutes. I am so grateful to have them as a resource and I know they will always take good care of me. I don’t have enough good things to say about the staff in New London”

Came in for a second opinion on a screw in my tire, they were able to take a look, and get me on the road with a new tire within 20 minutes at a great price!
