They towed my truck from a place it had broken down in but I got there maybe 10 minutes late told him what happened and why and he helped out by getting the part I needed and even drove me after his working hours to get my truck back with no hassle. Ended up driving back home later that night no problems.

I love these guys. They charge fair prices, and do good work. They have NEVER tried to upsell me and when a complex issue involving my transmission came up, they fixed it and charged me less than $200 for something the dealer quoted over $1000. Very busy though, so book in advance if you can.

These people are thieves!!! They towed my Chevy Silverado three years ago and stole a $3000 drone out of it. Of course the Waterford police wouldn’t do anything about it because they are all work together with one another and the tow was due to an accident. Everything in my truck was rummaged through and the $3000 drone was the only item missing! Waterford police said they didn’t have which left only the tow truck driver. When I approached them, they became very defensive! A tell tale sign of guiltyness if you ask me! I would NEVER recommend trusting your vehicle with these corrupt people, let alone allow them to work on your car or truck!!!!

I brought my car here in May for an oil change for the first time. I called twice prior to making an appointment to confirm the price. They said $60 for my specific car synthetic. My mom brings my car and when they said they were done my car was still running and she paid and left. I go to pick up my car at my moms house and the car isn’t turning on. It is not the battery. The fact that they messed something up and didn’t turn it off and have us turn it on was weird. We went later (they were closed) someone was there and said to bring the car the next morning for them to fix. My car ended up turning on magically when AAA came to tow it. I just am not happy with the inconsistencies and mishaps. I’m sure they do well in other things. I would not recommend for an oil change and make sure you turn off the car and turn it on in front of them. 1 week later- my steering wheel and tire area of the car is making screeching noises. I never had this happen coincidentally like this.

Brought my car in b/c of a antifreeze leak in May and guess what it's still leaking but I received a bill for over $300. The man told me we took the liberty of replacing your thermostate ($200). I was NOT called and informed of any repairs I showed up to a fat bill oh and they didn't even reset my check engine light. Here I am months later about to pay someone else to do the job they should have done.

Never use this establishment if you can help it. They must be hiring blind tow drivers because they towed my car right out of my apartment parking lot and claimed I didn't have a parking permit despite it being clearly visible on the driver side window. Once I made that clear they changed their story and said my current pass was out of date (a quick call to my property manager confirmed it very much wasn't). I received my car back without any payment but they're lucky I didn't pursue legal action for wrongfully towing (stealing) my car.Clearly an establishment filled with either incompetents or scam artists

They snatched my car in the middle of the nightafter I just moved into my new apartment. Iwouldn't do business with people like them. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and expertise. Finding a mechanic is not easy. Today Sireci’s fixed a problem that a dealership and another garage both couldn’t do and I was overcharged for. Huge Thanks and I will be sticking to this place.
