The best pharmacy! Dave is amazing!!! They go above and beyond to give you a sense of being listened to and heard. They always remember my name! You definitely don’t get service like this at a pharmacy chain.I recommend them to everyone !

Simply Pharmacy is the perfect independent pharmacy. No lines or waiting like big drugstores. I love the drive thru as well. Easy in and out without the hassle.The team is helpful, knowledgeable, and always friendly to me.

The best of the best, Simply Pharmacy treats you as an actual person unlike some corporate pharmacies.. Grateful to have Simply Pharmacy in our area. Dave and his team are beyond excellent. When diagnosed with a chronic condition instead of me stressing about medications his team made me feel at ease.

Wow...this is the absolutely best pharmacy. They are over the top knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, accommodating. I can't say enough good things about them....they are WONDERFUL!!

This is the absolute best pharmacy that I've ever dealt with. The staff are very courteous and friendly, (they make you feel like a person, not just another customer!), and even the owners are very hands-on with the quality of service you receive. They can do blister packs for those with a ton of prescriptions, they have a wonderful auto-refill service (They actually remind /me/, when its time to refill!), they have a delivery service to most towns in New London county, and I can even have them make all of my bottles easy open! I cannot say enough good things about this place!

I am so happy that I moved all my scripts to this pharmacy they truly are the best! I don't need to call for refills as they automatically do that and then they give you a call to tell you they're ready. Even though they deliver I always pick up as the are near both my sisters, Stop & Shop, COFCU and Job Lot! It's worth the ride for me. Oh and when you walk in they know your name just like "Cheers"

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever had. The person giving 1 Star appears to be mad at something that is her responsibility. If there's a problem involving Simply Pharmacy, I can easily say you are the problem. These are the most caring, accommodative and professional people that exist in this world. You should see for yourselves, ANY OTHER PHARMACY IS A VERRRRRRY DISTANT SECOND PLACE. I'm on a bunch of medication and I was worrying that I've that I could forget one or to take more than one was my biggest concern. I had been a customer at Rite Aid for 15 years. I was treated worse and worse I felt, I came with the same prescription to be refilled for years. I can't move well sitting and standing are tough. Sitting pulls my 20 spinal screws and rods. I regularly waited 15-20 mins in their drive thru. Usually 2 cars ahead of you is 20 mins. Get up there and they don't have any of my script in house, it'll be in Friday. That doesn't work with medication that needs to be taken daily, most are multiple times a day with multiple pills. So I had to go to their other branches 1-2 towns over after waiting that long really is infuriating. This pharmacy always has what I need. They remember me by name, they blister pack my meds so I don't forget one or take one too many. They have a drive thru that works in seconds usually. They text me to remind me to pick up. Not to mention, THEY DELIVER! All these things make my miserable existence tolerable, I've never felt brushed off. If you can find fault in this business, it's you. It's impossible to be treated better anywhere else. I wish I could give more stars. I've referred everyone I know to them. You'd be stupid not to.
