It's 12:14 a.m. 7/10/24... I just left the shell gas station and whoever the mouthy black guy that you have running the register NEEDS TO BE FIRED... HE TOLD ME TO GET THE F... OUTTA HERE WHEN HE COULDN'T EVEN RUN the cc machine or feed the paper in to give me an actual receipt... The music was blaring profanity f-words + the N-word is this who you guys want representing your gas station someone who's a bully n hostile...
Unreal.... Corporate please contact me asap
I purchased a chocolate milk n a water.. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THIS GUY WORKING IT'S GOING TO AFFECT YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE I KNOW ALOT OF PEOPLE IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE THIS GUY WORKING THERE WHO HAS MINIMAL PEOPLE SKILLS N VOCABULARY.

Had my shell rewards card Info stolen twice in about 3 weeks. They need to monitor the pumps for skimmers a whole lot better. Happened again yesterday. Luckily citi shell protected me

I would go to this gas station all the time and I would use my gas reward points but most cashiers don’t ask if you have a rewards number (as they should) and most don’t know how to ring you up right I have had multiple times 5 to be exact that I tried to use mine but they rang me up wrong so I didn’t get to and my points was wasted .. I called to let the manager know (Patrica) is who I spoke to and she said if it happens so much if she was me she would go else where to get gas I said well sometimes I’m in need of gas and in that area she stated. “ well I would just get a little until I get to another gas station if it was me” which I get but why not just remind the people you hire to be able to know how to ring people up right with gas points .Also I get diesel gas for my SUV and when the pump doesn’t work I lose out on my points as well and 2x its happened where the cashier don’t know how to refund my money due to me not being able to pump dispel since there pumps seem to not work often. I find it that she lack customer service and don’t seem to lose a loyal customer lol

Everyone was able to uses there pump, but somehow that it was my $.35 discount, the pump didn't work for me.

It's just another gas station, not much else to say... Average prices and Henny Penny is nice inside... (the store/market of gas station since it's I guess its separate from Shell?)

They are open 24 hours but it's hit or miss if anybody is actually there. Also they seem to count registers, turn pumps off, etc at random times.Overall, not a reliable gas station for a commuter.

Good station, prices are average to slightly high but it's in a good location and it's always very busy. The store inside is nice and the workers are extremely friendly. They also have modern pumps.

Was given the wrong kind of carton of cigarettes,ask for an exchange. Manager refused. No reason to why. Ignored me and was very rude. Never doing business with them again. No customer service.

Diesel station has not been maintained properly pumps are leaking bad there's always one pump that doesn't work and now the pumps are not being clean or power-washed. the maintenance before was a lot better and safer

This is a very unusual Shell station it has a plethora pumps the latter seems to be fairly clean, and customer services so so. I’m going to tell you what I didn’t expect to see was the EV connectivity for hybrid vehicles where you can plug in your car at the Shell station so I guess it is all around gas and electric so if you are in this area of Connecticut and you need to charge your car plug this shell station into your GPS and you’ll be able to get electricity
