They’ve had break-ins six storage units were broken into reported by for police dept They have poor security. Their units are in a camp area. Everything that was in my unit was directly damaged by poor drainage on their property and they’re billing is terrible. They overbill every month. They don’t put payments on the bill. They just keep the bill up so they can steal Steal your belongings out of the storage unit and auction them. I’ve talked to other people had multiple complaints about this company

I have never used storage units before however, my daughter introduced me to Self Storage Solutions LLC in Waterford, CT. She has been using this facility for about 2 years now and has had nothing but good things to say about the facility.
I must admit, the people are very nice and I felt very comfortable leaving my most prize possession with them. The establishment and the storage areas were very clean, great security and just a pleasure to do business with.
The price was very fair and because my schedule is so busy, I appreciated the monthly email reminders. Customer service was great and they was always available if I had a question or two. I will continue using them for the winter storage of my car and, I highly recommend.

DO NOT ever rent from self storage. I rented a second floor climate controlled unit and on move out day there was water all in my unit. The owners have refused to refund rent for a failed climate controlled storage unit. My belongings have been damaged. I have been told they do not cover this matter but when paying extra for climate controlled it speaks for itself. I wish I could show the video of all the water we poured out but here are some photos. Super displeased.

Linda is the director of a non-profit charity called Kinship4kids (registered as 'Kinship 4 Kids' in the State of CT). This facility has been extremely supportive of the active charity over many years. Our charity would not deal with any other similar business. Linda is shown in the photo with one of many generous donors. In this case, two brand new bikes were donated by a private couple to fill the needs of at least two recipients. One of the two generous people are shown with Linda.
