Matt was amazing and very knowledgeable, he cut my anxiety and confusion down to zero! We were looking for flea/tick protection for our 3lb dog and we had no clue were to start, Matt put us at ease and suggested natural products for our home and yard as well as the collar I needed to protect my LuLu. Go to Waterford and ask for Matt he’s a really nice person! Thanks again Matt!

I like Petco as the employees have a genuine interest in helping. But I never see a sale on the brand I buy, which is their own brand - (Wholehearted) I use both dry and canned for sensitive stomach, as they come in 5.5 oz cans, so it’s cheaper than other brands which only come in 3 oz cans.
I cannot even order it online for delivery. I have no idea why; I have asked a number of times online, but I never get a reply. It just always tell me it’s unavailable to have delivered, so why offer that as I choice? I wish they offered better online customer service, and would be upfront about when you can earn a reward.

Mark helped me in the reptile department, I had tons of questions and he had an answer for all of them! Was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I also asked about suggestions for what else I would need, he didn’t try to get me to buy tons of things, I asked for help with aquarium management and maintenance, food, treats and he directed me to what he thought would be best. Definitely so many choices but so far so good with the items I purchased.

Came in for a second appt as recommended by the DVM. Come to find out since my puppy tested positive for hookworm and coccidia, they told me that he had to be treated prior to him getting vaccinated. Which wasn't a problem but someone could've called and let me know the appt that I had scheduled was not necessary bc they wouldn't be able to see or treat him there. At the bare minimum a phone call would've been nice.

so earlier today i had just gotten my dog food and some other things for my animals and i see this boy named jags storm to go in the back with this young lady and i hear him yelling at her raising his voice i wasnt sure if he was a manager or not but that was very unprofessional and eventually i saw the girl and she looked like she was on the verge of tears the boy must’ve been upset and took it all out on her and i truly feel bad i hope that boy gets re trained no one should have to feel unsafe at work but other then that this petco is great all the staff are usually very nice and very sweet i still come here every chance i can

Associates (2) had no idea if the product I was looking for was sold there and the 2nd associate asked the manager for assistance. They had what I wanted but only 1. I bought it. Checkout took about 10 minutes because a difficult customer took a long time. The cashier spent an inordinate amount of time informing the customer about clubs, incentives and saving programs. The customer said no to all. Finally with a long line looming behind me, the manager opened a register.

I have now gotten 2 very sick leopard geckos from this Petco location and ONLY this Petco. I have 5 geckos in total and the 2 I have gotten from Waterford have both ended up passing. All of my other geckos are full grown, healthy and thriving. I do not recommend getting ANY reptiles from this location. I would give 0 stars if possible. Very sad and heartbreaking experiences for my family and I.
