Helpful and willing. They had the whole unit which they were more than willing to put aside and hold. Price was slightly more. Turns out we got around it by repairing our issue. Called and thanked them for time and willingness to help.

Let me start off by saying these guys went above and beyond to help me out. I'm an out of start truck driver who had broken down just a few miles from them. I had called the store up and they had the part I needed to get me going but I was lacking the tools to fix it myself. They told me to come in and I could use whatever I needed to get fixed up. I get to the store and the parts are already pulled. The owner takes me in the back and gives me a quick tour of his business and the extensive inventory he had. I cant imagine calling them up and them not having what is needed. I grab up the tools I needed and proceeded to fix my tractor. If youre looking for parts and great service these guys are it!!! Hopefully I will never need them again but if I do I know they'll be there to help!!! Thank you so much to Tom and Erick...

Anybody who knows knows all parts are not created equal. Napa parts are better than fuzzy dice stores. Not only do they have the parts for my trucks and cars but my tractors, mowers, skidsteer and numerous other pieces of equipment. Go try to get those parts down at the fuzzy dice stores in New London. You can't. Like gram always said buy the best and you won't be disappointed.
