Mallove's came to the rescue when they fixed my antique spoon ring. After I lost it at Costco, it had been run over. Now it looks better than ever. Thank you!

Stopped on Friday to assess a bag of families "junk" which Two other local precious metal buyers had looked at and Jim found over $1000 of additional value. He also gave me a fix on a Moved issue that their Factory Outlet couldn't handle! He checks all the boxes! His entire staff looked like they were really enjoying their day. Store is bright, orderly & immaculate!

Jordan was great and so helpful. I bought a Cape Cod bracelet for my mom's birthday around a month ago. The bracelet didn't fit my mom and I had to order the correct size, eventually coming back with my mom. She actually decided on a different style altogether and Jordan was so helpful, knowledgable, and accommodating the whole time. Really appreciated the customer service!!

Normally great service. I have had them adjust and replace warch bands in the past. The woman in their Mystic store said she could not adjust my Invicta watch band. The same woman adjusted my Invicta bands in the past. Not good.

Jimmy is the real deal. He's sincere, honest, funny, and fair. I used to have an "in" at a jewelry store that closed years ago. Since it closed, I haven't purchased a nice piece....until my husband and I went to Mallove's (on Black Friday even!) a few years back. It was late in the day. I had a few previous settings from my wedding rings with me and yet another split shank. I was nervous going in because of the time, and because I had no idea what to expect them to say about my "junk". Well, Jim couldn't have been any nicer. He took ALL THE TIME with us, used stones from the other rings and made me the most beautiful wedding set. Have been back many times. For fine jewelry, Mallove's has our business forever! Thank you!
