Wether it be changing up my cell plan, upgrading my phone, or just answering simple questions I myself could not. On this particular visit I was assisted by a gentlemen I hadn't had the pleasure of meeting yet. I believe his name was Glenn, and he created me with such charm and a passion for helping which I could tell was very genuine.
