Visited from out of town on 18/MAY. Nice selection of spirits - looks to be mostly at MSRP. Ended up with a bottle of Blue Note Juke Joint. Also nice to see June Shine on the shelf - that's not easy to find on the East Coast. Also, had Downeast. Less of a surprise, but good to see it stocked here.

Went to the Waterford location for the FIRST time ever. I tried one of the doors and didn’t work. Tried it again. Then heard them shouting from inside WRONG DOOR. I go to the other door enter and pick up a Door Dash order. Guy was EXTREMELY RUDE. White dude with mustache. As I’m leaving he tells me to learn how to open a door. I proceeded to go back & explained how it was my first time there ever; I apologized for the inconvenience and told him I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS LIQUOR STORE. If you want to get verbally abused then this is your package store, but in my humble opinion, I would highly discourage anyone from giving money to such a disgusting human being. If I could give a zero star rating, I would’ve picked that one instead ? PS- put a sign on the exit door so ppl won’t try to enter, as I am quite sure I’m probably not the first person to have mistakenly tried opening the incorrect door
UPDATE- I happened to drive past the establishment and see that they took my advice- they put up an exit only sign on the outside clearly indicating it’s clearly the exit. Glad you did that. However, sadly due to that repulsive employee’s disrespectful & obnoxious behavior towards me I first encountered him, I STILL will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. If you are a woman who wants to be verbally assaulted by a man, go to this place. I however know my self worth and I’ll be damned if I have some random “man” disrespect me in the manner that he did. I’m sure the male patrons won’t have any issues, but ladies, if youvdo go in there be prepared.

Something told me to stop in and check this place out. It did not disappoint! They have an awesome selection of bourbon super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend stopping in!

I was about to check out and the woman behind the counter try's to do a weird sobriety test on me and my friend and refuse to serve us I've never been to a package store before where I had to walk a straight line and count backwards then be accused of being under the influence I am high functioning autistic and I honestly feel criticized I advise people to stay away from the liquor store bad customer service bad customer practices bad vibes

Amazing Grapes is a splendid package store. They have a wide ranging selection of wine, craft beer & spirits.The staff members are helpful & friendly. It's not too crowded most days, so you can take your time browsing the shelves in search of whatever it is you're looking for. Or ask an associate for a recommendation. The prices on their spirits are some of the lowest I've seen locally, & there are specials scattered about the store--which makes for an enjoyable shopping experience--especially for a wine enthusiast like myself who knows what he's looking for, but will gladly consider a careful worker's recommendation on a nice bottle.

Warning hygiene and state code issue at this place. I stopped in for a bag of ice for cocktails. Didn't buy it there after I saw the staff half eaten lunch and open drink containers in the cooler right on top of the ice bags. If this wasn't enough, there is a huge spill stain in the bottom and side inside the ice cooler, something like a coco cola. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Not a respectable liquor establishment. Cannot imagine what you will find in the back of the store if the management showcase this by the front door. BASIC : Get a dedicated staff fridge and don't keep your open personal food and drink containers on top of the customer good. Yikes!

Liz and Lisa could not have been more professional, personable and helpful. We needed a good champagne as a gift and Liz made an excellent recommendation! She went a step further and gift wrapped our choice and both chatted as we made our purchases. We will most definitely make this our home store!!
