Staff here are horrible. They don't offer assistance and barely great you. They look miserable. Worst customer service.

Was told I had to give an email inorder to get my receipt and I would not be sent marketing emails. I was sent marketing email's and they added me to their marketing list. I had to contact finish lines office by phone to take my email off their list.

Manager Roy is awesome!! Helped me get my Jordans! Easy going. Knowledgable. Store has a great sneaker selection!
