To be honest he went even beyond expectations by making himself available on his day off to expedite my purchase as he understood my time-sensitive situation from the prior phone conversation.As someone with a past retail management background, I could not be more impressed with his dedication to customer satisfaction and also to his manager for allowing the time adjustment so it was possible.Thank you for all the help.”
“This store (and company) has always treated me with such respect. Any time I have gone to this location in the crystal mall, I've been helped above and beyond. Wether it be changing up my cell plan, upgrading my phone, or just answering simple questions I myself could not. On this particular visit I was assisted by a gentlemen I hadn't had the pleasure of meeting yet. I believe his name was Glenn, and he created me with such charm and a passion for helping which I could tell was very genuine. “Since I was in the shopping mode I walked into this Target to check out some large food containers for the kitchen. I like the glass containers, so you can see what's inside. They had a nice selection of containers to choose from. I got the one that I wanted and went to check out...there were many registers open and the process was really easy and quick. Nice bright, clean, store.”
“The girl who was working customer pick up on Wed 5/8/24 around 7:30pm was amazing I was greeted right away she was very polite she grabbed my order in a timely manner and I even grabbed a water paid for it in self check out and I was still in and out about 5 mins.i am a manager in a customer service based job so I have a high standard for good customer service.
