Great service. I’m new to golf and it’s my first year playing for my high school team and I was looking to get my golf clubs regripped for the start of the upcoming season. I was assisted by Jake in the golf section. Wow. What a great guy. I can’t explain how much he helped me and I understand more about golf now than ever. He also gave me a cover for my putter after he helped me. We need more people in the world like Jake. Jake if you’re reading this, thanks so much.

The best Dick’s in Connecticut. Cal and his team always provide outstanding customer service. I feel like the Dick’s employees at this location have become friends over the years from all of my visits. My recent visit came during the busy Holiday season and they were able to get me a basketball hoop that was back ordered in time for Christmas. Top shelf service.

Great store, helpful employees. The manger in the store i believe his name is Justin, only complain I would have is that he is very short, doesn't try to promote any products except the ones from other stores... I overheard him talking to his employee and they way they are treated is not right, very short and doesn't even give them the time of day to listen to them. Something needs to be done about this guy, so very unprofessional!! "Enthusiastic problem-solver who can think quickly on his feet and strives by working collaboratively, as well as independently." Biggest lie I have ever heard from a incompetent manager!

I placed an order ahead and paid online so I could run in quickly after work and grab the items over $250 purchase was told to get in line after waiting five minutes to receive my items in the pick up area. By the time I was greeted and told to get in line, eight other people jumped ahead of me. While in line was told that she couldn’t radio somebody over the radio to come up and assist me. I saw a woman go into the pick up area and asked if that woman could help me to which I asked if she were a manager she told me to hold on because she was assisting another person… Well, the person she was supposed to be assisting was me being identified by the sales rep. What the heck is the point of placing an order ahead so you don’t have to wait in line for 15 minutes to receive your prepaid items…? not good customer service.

Wow has this place gone down hill. Product all over tables and on floors, sizes all over the place, lines at the register with one cashier, calls for manager due to issue, manager shows up after 5 minutes to address issue and leaves. Doesn’t help the lines. Manager sporting a nice target name tag. Two stars because they had what I needed.

Awesome Big Box Sporting Goods store. They carry almost ALL sporting goods, apparel, accessories, clothing, sport electronics, and even Bikes, 2 choices of E-Bikes.We were there close to closing time and most of the employees there were not putting things where they should be and organizing the shelves, racks, and displays. Most of them talking to each other but there was a few actually working. For this reason I'd go to a local small businesses in their particular specialities. I prefer to support the small shops these days.

Management uninformed or incompetent.We needed to extend the days before we could pick up our online order because it came in so quickly (which is a good thing) but we were not going to be home from our vacation in time to pick it up right away. The first manager we talked to said that she could extend the order for a few days in the computer system and to just call back in a few days and extend the pick up once again. When I called back to extend the order pick up a few days later a different manager said, no, sorry, but we cannot extend your order again, but that we could pay for the kayaks and they would hold them for us. I said that was totally fine and asked him if he needed my credit card and he told us no, that he would charge the card from the online order. I said GREAT! Then, two days later my husband got a text telling him that our order had been cancelled because we did not pick up the kayaks. So, we received different information from two different managers and in the end we are left with disappointment.
