Unfortunately, the person at the counter was evidently having a bad day and was gruff and inconsiderate. When she heard the name of my insurance company, she practically shouted, "NO!" I'm not a representative of the insurance company, just a guy looking for a collision repair and was going to pay in cash. After that reception I decided to take my business elsewhere. If you prefer being treated with respect, you may want to do the same.

I brought my car to Dawley's to have the drivers mirror and window replaced. There were a few scratches hear the window they said they would buff out. I was pleasantly surprised how well it came out and they totally cleaned interior and exterior. Better than new! Jillian and her mom were great to work with. High recommendation.

Dishonest business practices. Brought my daughters car in for body work because they agreed to deal with the insurance company. They negotiated only partial coverage of the labor and I ended up paying over $500 to get my car back! No phone call, no heads up. I signed off on the paperwork from them to work on the car, but it put me on the hook for any "difference" in price.
