Most of the staff in the pharmacy is so rude. They always seem aggravated to assist you. If there’s is something wrong with your prescription they never call to update you. Horrible customer service at this location!

The people are generally helpful and friendly but the store doesn't seem clean and the restroom could use a good scrubbing. There is often a long line at the pharmacy, and some of their drug prices are so high they seem predatory.

For 13 years I have used this CVS with my Homecare Clients. I get so much help from all the staff and the Manager is exceptional in dealing with the Customer service it's a pleasure to shop at this CVS.Thank you for all the help you have given my CLIENTS!!!

Worst cvs i’ve ever had. Been waiting for my meds for 4 days and they’re never in stock. I need these for college. The techs have no f’n clue what they’re doing either. Do not use this cvs. You’ll never get your meds.

This rating is ONLY for the pharmacy. I’ve been using this pharmacy for 10 years. I have seen plenty of people come and go- The service is horrible! The Pharmacist can’t even read the names of the medications. In addition, the tall Viking looking man with the beard was incredibly rude to my husband who has cancer.He was unhelpful and nasty to someone in chronic pain and fatigue due to his disease. I am switching over to the Niantic CVS where they treat patients with kindness and empathy. Shame on you!

Have picked up from here for 3 months for a regular prescription, spent 40 mins waiting at the drive through behind 2 cars only to pull up and be told that it’d be ready in 15-20 minutes…

Insurance said we didn't have to pay for medication, CVS tries to charge you anyways. Phone calls and all and I know it's not my mothers insurance that are making a mistake. They try to rob you here..

Horrible service from the pharmacy, pulled through the drive-thru after I tore my ACL. Someone came over the speaker and told me to walk inside all the way to the back. Totally inconsiderate and gave me attitude when I walked inside. Only thing they did productively was rain on my parade.

The slowest service EVER. Doesn't matter if you go inside or through the drive thru, it is just slow. Was never like that before. I DREAD having to go to the pharmacy. I had a prescription sent yesterday at 4:00 pm and wasn't filled until this morning. I go to pick it up at the time that was convenient for me (the customer) being sick as hell, and the pharmacy is closed for lunch. Well isn't that nice you all get to have lunch together. WHAT A HORRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL. You are inside a retail store, there is no reason to close an entire department for lunch. Ever heard of scheduling lunch breaks? You are not a doctors office or a private pharmacy, let me repeat you are a BIG BOX RETAIL STORE.So I went yet another day without my prescription. "F*** the sick" should be the pharmacy's mission statement.Once I get my voice back I will be calling into corporate to file this same complaint.
