I’ve been here twice now. The first time was for a slow leak which they patched up. I was in & out in 30 mins! Since it was such a good experience, I chose to come back for an oil change. Again, speedy service & very friendly employees- despite not making an appointment ahead of time. Very pleased with this shop!

Crap. Worker was very very helpful. Tires were not shipped when they said they would arrive. I called and discovered that the tires were simply left by the truck driver. Found this out day of appointment AFTER I CALLED THEM TWO HOURS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT. I scheduled elsewhere and got it all done within hours. So once that was done I called to let them know I no longer needed the appointment, the day before it was scheduled, not day of. The guy that helped me was not happy with this decision, despite it being THEIR COMPANY's fault that I had to wait, berated me about tire restocking fees and then hung up. Funny how they get mad when you inconvenience them, but not the other way around. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AND WILL RECOMMEND AGAINST IT TO EVERYONE I KNOW THAT NEEDS TIRES. Go to town fare. Better prices too.

A huge thank you to the staff at City Tire. They got my Explorer in for a front end alignment on very short notice, and also fixed a problem with my TPMS sensors at no extra cost (we got the tires and wheels from another dealer and he wasn't competent enough to program the sensors which he insisted on installing). Always have had FANTASTIC service at City Tire and will continue giving them my business!

Went several months ago for an oil change, I called City Tire and scheduled an appointment because they were close by and I had always opted to go with Jiffy Lube next door, the cost of the oil change was definitely competitive and roped me in as my car takes full synthetic oil. I was pleased with how friendly staff was while I waited for my car's oil change once finished I went off to work, end of my work day I discovered a pile of oil under my car, I gave them a call they advised me to check to make sure I had enough so I could bring it back and they'd fix it which they did.
fast forward to this weekend I chose a different place to get my oil changed, the people working on my car brought to my attention whoever worked on my car last (City Tire) in terms of oil change must have lost the original part and used a ford bolt plug on my Toyota as a work around which does not fit correctly (pictured below, I circled the bolt they used next to the one I'm supposed to have for my Toyota) I was told that was not good for my vehicle and could cause long term damage.
While I appreciate the price and the friendless of the staff at City Tire I do not appreciate covering up of the mistake with the wrong part especially since my car was brand new, also noted I am not a smoker and my car came back with the scent of cigarette which had me fuming.
I had been advised by my family in the past not to go to City Tire as they had work done on their cars and both came back with issues, one time they forgot to put the gas cap back on and the other was an oil change incident as well, I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt as I do have a friend who goes here often and has never had a problem.

I have been a customer since I was 16 and have brought three different cars to them. They are super honest and always have a joke ready. I have 3 times brought my car to other mechanics and regretted the decision each time. Always emphatically recommend them to anyone I know.

Bought tires off tire rack and had them shipped and installed here. Really easy, all I had to do was make an appointment and they were able to get me in that week. Have a low car with wide tires and they did a great job installing and keeping wheels pristine. Friendly and great customer service as well. Definitely recommend!!!
