Imy boss bought me a pair of Carhartt bibs and they are a 30 +38 / I'm a 30 +32.Obviously way too big.But I brought them home and washed them. Courteous to you guys because they were in my truck. They were not dirty. Just thought it would help.I am a long time shopper at Bob's and find this unacceptable and ridiculous. I did not even put them on. I will never shop at Bob's again. Tractor Supply be my new go-to. Thanks for nothing. That's all the money I've spent there. That's I do for me. Goodbye

I understand they are prepping for a refit soon, but it was difficult to navigate and identify certain sections. Poor Soccer Equipment offering. Not as cheap as they make themselves out to be.

Employees are nice and kind, but could find clothes cheaper somewhere else. Also company policy is ALL RETURNS go back as store credit. Regardless if they were made in Cash or Card. Will only be going back to use my Store Credit and then not coming back.

I really like Bob's Stores. This one has the same owner as the Eastern Mountain Sports next door to it. There is a lot of parking. Bob's has some really great clothes and sports stuff. They also have shoes. Service is good. You can find a door between the two stores. They have a cool membership that's free. You get rewards. Rig he now, it's $10 back for every $50 you spend.

I just bought a pair of Adidas sneakers an hour ago, got home and checked Adidas website. They were $15 less ($65 at Bobs versus $50 at Adidas). Bob's will not honorprice matching nor will they give me my money back, only store credit. I will NEVER go back to Bobs. That's lousey customer service.

‘We don’t match our online prices’. Absolutely ridiculous they don’t match the prices on their own website. If you see something online just buy it there and save money.
