Appalling self check out staff. Refused to introduce themselves before assisting with my check out, ignored personal space, did not state the issue before proceeding to help my family, or include me in their conversation that implicated I was stealing. Staff racial profiles my husband and utilized language like “I work here”, “I know what I’m doing” and “they didn’t scan that or that or that” when it was our first time in person and unaware we weren’t checking out properly. Staff continued to speak poorly about us as she walked away and rushed to her manager upon seeing me speak to her myself. Should be fired. Filed formal complaint with state of CT. Will be going elsewhere.

The Bottle return system needs improvement.. not enough can & plastic machines & really under staffed with people servicing the machines... this is Ridiculous...

Did my monthly shopping. Planned on using my new BJ's MC (Virtual). I went to Cust. Svc. and met Thomas (383557). After maybe 15 minutes, we/he figured it out. He was very patient with me and my OCD. All I can say is he handled me well and got the job done. Thank you, Thomas.

Whoever thought of the coupon systems must want people to shop at the nearby Costco instead of here.Against my better judgement, I wanted to support a more local business and signed up for an annual membership. Will not renew my membership.

The deli needs a new system! There one cheese machine and one meat machine doesn't work for the amount of customers they have. I waited for 35 minutes today to get one cheese and one meat, with 2 toddlers, not fun! Otherwise the store is great! Also can't write comments on online orders Otherwise I would do that.

Used to have really good produce but the quality control is becoming disgusting and I’m starting to get produce that is verging on rotten or IS rotten! This company NEEDS to start checking the produce on shelves so BJ’s members DON’T buy rotten produce and money wasted! July 20, 2023 bought a mix bag of yellow squash and zucchini. This morning July 22, 2023 opened fridge and saw into vegetable drawer a rotten spot on zucchini and so went to inspect and my fingers went INTO it as I pulled it out! Adding a picture of it and NOT happy, will just buy most vegetables elsewhere if this keeps up.
