Hate doing this.
But gotta hit this with a 1 star and I love Best Buy.
Unfortunatly I was treated very unfair and judged as if I were a child who needed to be reprimanded and out in time out ?.
I waited for help in a section today looking to buy a keyboard for my
1700$ desktop I had bought from that store just a few weeks prior.
No one came to help so I seen an open box, I looked in it put it back together then waited.
Sat on the floor grabbed one I was going to buy and started to open it since there was none of that particular model on display.
I was then approached rudely saying “there on display you neeed to stop opening all
The boxes”. I replied I didn’t open them and it’s not on display what do you mean.
She goes I seen you right over there.
I go that was already opened I was putting it back together and that’s just 1 you said “all”
She replied well stop it’s on display.
I go this one is not she goes yes it is. She went for a second to look, realized how
Dumb she looked. paused then got flustered so I go you know what. Never mind. I’m gonna go.
Btw what’s your name? She grunted “Maggie”
She had purple hair, heavy set. For sure “it’s maaaam/karen hybrid femminist “ men hating vibes for sure. Angry and very rude to a customer who has spent thousands at that location:
I understand people have bad days I get that.
But I was treated like a criminal, it’s not good for a work environment or to even treat people the way I was treated. I hope she deals with what ever she was going through. But we all have traumas. Leave that at the door when you go to work, and overall we need to be better as people

Bought an Acer monitor in December, the display port stopped working in July. Was told it was covered by geek squad and now they want me to PAY for the repairs. REPAIRS! Less than a year old and it's already breaking, it shouldn't be repaired it should be replaced

I did an online order for an in store pickup. From beginning to end, this was as close to a “perfect” experience as it gets. Mainly because the young woman behind the counter was so pleasant and down to earth.
While Best Buy isn’t always the cheapest, the do have some pretty good employees which at times can make it worth the extra expense.

I ordered a stereo and made an appointment to have it installed. Then I got a call from the service department saying they were not qualified to Install it. 1979 pick up with a basic stereo. Hot wire, ground wire and memory wire. OMFG!!! Are you kidding me right now??? I put one of these in when I was 15 using the stereo instructions that came with it. Best Buy should be extremely embarrassed. I'll buy elsewhere and put it in myself.
