I honestly have no idea why anyone would post a bad review on this company. I’ve ordered 2 Bats from them and both have been incredible quality work. The first bat I purchased, I thought it took a little longer to ship then what it should’ve, the second bat arrived before I thought it would. Nevertheless both bats were outstanding. Great company, I’ve referred at least 2 dozen people with no complaints.

This is the best bat rolling and shaving service out there. I recommend choosing the rolling, shaving, Polymer coating option to get the highest performance gains while maintaining plenty of the bat’s original durability. Two options they provide (that I always choose) are expedited service and overnight shipping. With these options, 2 days from purchase the bat will be at your door. Buy on Wednesday morning and you’re hitting bombs on Friday night. The guys are very knowledgeable, and the bats they send out are ALWAYS super hot and ALWAYS arrive on schedule. Only place I trust with my expensive bats, highly recommend!

I have purchased many bats from the guys at Bat Rolling4U. Baseball bats from little league to high-school for my son and softball bats from little league to high-school and travel ball for my daughter. These guys are very knowledgeable, have the quickest turn around time and stand behind their products. Obviously no bat is just going to make a kid a superstar but it will help with that little extra pop that gets it out of the infield. Maybe turn an easy out into a base hit or help with the extra 20-40 feet that just gets it over the fence. We all want the best for our kids and I know many of other parents that have had their kids bats worked as well. We have always had good luck with the bats at Bat Rolling4U and their recommendations have always been spot on. I highly recommend them to anyone if you are just purchasing a stock bat or having it worked to the max you will be satisfied with the outcome.

I have purchased several bats, softball and baseball and I have never experienced one issue, simply click your order and select how quickly you would like the product and these guys deliver. Whether it is a 2 day or 5 day turn around, never a glitch. I strongly recommend their service, their product, their consistency to customer service.

They don't return bats!! I sent my new bat in, followed up after not hearing anything. The owner said it was done, that it turned out great, he said he was mailing it, and would provide tracking. I called him 2 weeks later after not receiving my bat or tracking. I ended up hanging up on him after he started screaming, claiming I never sent him a bat.

Wanted to recommend this company to anyone looking for great customer service. Purchased a bat for my son a few weeks ago and the transaction went super smooth. They answered all my questions in a timely manner (I'm sorry for all the questions BTW). Order received ahead of their promised delivery timeframe, came nicely packaged and the performance is better than expected. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

This company is top notch, I'm not usually one that posts reviews because 99% they are only written when a customer doesn't get exactly what they want. I'm a small business owner myself and BatRolling4u has always treated us with the greatness care. I happen to be poking around the internet and noticed this most recent review about bats being lost. A couple points in the post caught my attention and set up some red flags.1. If the bats shipped with UPS and you have the tracking number and you claim the bats were lost why didn't you state that the tracking number wasn't valid? I ran the tracking myself and they show delivered. I"m not a rocket scientist but as yourself does this sound like BatRolling4u stole their bats? ABSOLUTELY NOT.2. Another thing that wasn't clear on the review was that since we have done business with BatRolling4u several times (all good experiences), I know that they offer the customers an option to purchase shipping insurance during the checkout process I wonder if this customer purchased this? His post seems to be somewhat vague on that subject (I'm guessing he didn't) which is probably the part of this whole situation that has caused the review.My quick view of this base on the information I can see and on my history with them is that this customer decided to roll the dice and not get insurance on his return shipping, his bats got lost by UPS and now he is trying to get Batrolling4u accept responsibility for his mistake.Just my 2 cents but as I've stated earlier, we've been working the BatRolling4u for probably 8 years and have had NO ISSUES at all but then again, I always am smart enough to purchase the shipping insurance just in case a lost shipment occurs.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE!!May of 2021, company was hired to perform a rolling service on my property, 3 softball bats. The price of this service and return shipping was $162.76 USD. I paid for the initial shipping myself to get my property to them for the service. The nature of this dispute is that the bats did not make it back to me, the customer and property owner. I called the shipping company UPS and they said that the package may have gone missing, so I initiated a claim. As the recipient, the shipper “BatRolling4U” would need to follow up with UPS and provide the documents. The value of the 3 bats is $1,200, this information was provided to the shipper to include in their claim in November when I had to follow up with them as no progress had been made. The business has clearly made no efforts at this point to assist in resolving the problem. Nor have they submitted the documentation to UPS, given by when I call in using this information, they say that it is still missing and needs to be provided by the shipper. The UPS tracking number is 1ZYF24130294812448. At this point, I am still looking for the refunded value of my missing or potentially stolen property by this business. They continue to mention some sort of insurance which seems like a fraudulent scheme. Attached you will find my original shipment information sent to them where insurance was included. Also attached, is the only attachment I have from the shipper saying the additional documents were required. This information was only provided when I followed up months after multiple contacts originally. At this point, I would still like to pursue the replacement and refund of the 3 bats or value of $1,200. I would also like the business investigated and shut down for fraud, theft of property, and neglect.

Used Mike \\u0026 his team on 4 occasions so far (2 bats to be rolled and 2 that were shaved at the HOT level). Their expertise and quality of work is unmatched. Before I found them on the internet I used several other companies but I won't be looking any further than BR4U. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. Fast turnaround time and great communication is what sets them apart from everyone else I've tried. A+++

Saw the review listed below and felt it necessary to stick up for these guys. I've personally worked with Mike for over 10 years on many different orders. He's always treated me top notch. A couple points that jumped out about this previous review. 1. Did by chance this person create the problem himself by installing the incorrect motor to the machine? This is a very likely scenario. 2. Batrolling4u offered a full refund. You're complaining about having to send it back. Possibly this person was just looking for a free machine and when Batrolling4u picked up on this and called them out they then used the supposed bat problem as a reason to leave a bad review. 3. I'm a business man myself and unfortunately in today's world, people like to leave a bad review just to get something free. As I've mentioned, I've used BatRolling4u for the last 10 years and these guys are top notch. Use common sense.. They been in business for 16+ years and they have VERY few negative reviews. Obvious, the bad reviews are outliers so take it with a grain of salt.

Bought the 2021 black legacy bat rolling machine. Hooked up to hi torque low speed motor and placed sons new Louisville Prime composite bat in and taped the cap to watch the revolutions. Bat moved forward I stopped immediately as I found a roll pin not recessed in the roller. Sadly the pin dug into the composite lining of the bat and now have a white ring around the bat due to paint chipping off. They offered a refund of the machine if I sent it back but stated the bat was only a cosmetic issue and they apologized for the roll pin oversight. Wouldn't recommend as they stated on their site they stand behind their product However their product damaged my sons new bat so basically I'm stuck with a 350.00 bat that is useless at the plate.

We've been using BR4U for years. All good experiences so far. We would recommend these guys to anyone looking to get your bat rolled or shaved. They do need to update their address though. They're located in East Lyme these days.
