“I would like to recognize and highlight the excellent customer service I received at the Montville Home Depot. I purchased on line a grill and went to pick it up with my little truck and a leg boot on my left leg using crutches. Kari at customer service saw that the "guys" put the grill standing up in the back of the truck. She called for help and she climbed in the truck to lay it down so I could drive my grill home. Kari was amazing, jumping into action and helping me with my other purchases and placing them in the cab, I shop a lot and not all my experiences have been great but this one was by far the very best. While Best Buy isn’t always the cheapest, the do have some pretty good employees which at times can make it worth the extra expense.”
