Aldi in Waterford is consistently a 5 star experience for me! The store is always clean, organized & well stocked. The pricing is much more competitive than most of the surrounding stores (sans Walmart). Best of all, the employees are very helpful. They go above & beyond whenever I’ve asked for assistance or needed to borrow a quarter. I love the new addition of self check out. Makes my quick grocery runs even quicker. I’m glad they still offer a traditional check-out line for the elderly/those who can’t use self check-out.

Sandy is the best store manager in the New London County area!! She’s very knowledgeable of where items are located in the store and is always friendly when she sees me! Kim is also very friendly and is more than willing to help me find items and will even check the stock room to see if an out of stock item may be in stock but not shelved. Thank you both for making my shopping easier every time I visit the store‼️??

This is one of my favorite Aldi locations! It is conveniently located, parking is always easy, bathrooms are clean, and employees are nice.Produce is kept well stocked and turnover is good so produce is fresh.My only complaint is that signage is often missing in the dairy cases.
