My car broke down and I couldn't drive at 3am. I am a rideshare driver and when I called aaa they told me I would have to wait 4 hours before they could tow my car home!!!? I was extremely mad how is it OK to leave someone possibly a woman by herself in a car God know where for 4 hours or longer?? Even as a man that is dangerous and aaa is NOT cheap!! Why are we as customers expected to pay $200 a year if don't get quality car service ? I realize that this is the page for the Waterford retail location but it was the only way I could think to leave a review. Even a cop checked on me and couldn't give me a ride home and explained aaa has fewer and fewer tow truck drivers. That there was nothing he could do. I had to leave my car and pray that it didn't get stolen or vandalized. Luckily it didn't and I got rideshare home for myself. But this is inexcusable!! Lower the price of aaa or provide faster service somehow. Get more tow truck drivers or aaa locations!! Now!!
