“I've always loved Bob's stores since I found them in Danbury. Haven't been in a Bob's since Danbury closed a few years ago. Now that I'm working in the Waterbury area they are all over the place. Went in just to browse for a few minutes, didn't buy anything today. Lots of great deals going on between clearance and other promotions. They also have their loyalty program which earns your money back. The store itself is a little dated, but still a pleasant experience.”
“Alisha who was working in the junior’s section has amazing customer service! I had lost my car keys and she stayed with me every step while we were searching, and even walked me to my car! Amazing! The was also another lady who’s name I forgot but they had such good customer service!”

From under garments - lingerie-dressy-lounge wear, jogging suits-jeans/Dresses and more styles of clothing. They also have plenty of accessories from hats/handkerchiefs-necklaces/earings-pockets books-boots/sandals_Dress shoes! OHalso phone gadgets & make up? Definitely worth checking out!”

“Usually I love this store, but I go to the one in the Waterbury Mall. This time I wasn't overly impressed because most pieces of clothing were all very similar in cut, style, etc. I also wasn't sure if size 11-13 jeans are considered "plus size" but there was only one pair, in one style, in the section I was shopping in. I bought my mom and I both tiered necklaces and when the salesperson put them in the bag they completey twisted around each other and it looks like I'm going to have to sacrifice my necklace so I can still give my mom hers.”

“Kohls in Waterbury has excellent customer service. Their associate are friendly & knowledgeable. I wish people would learn from the associate named Marie. She's a sweetheart ? she's kind & takes the time to listen to the customer. She's a reflection of impeccable customer service!!! She also goes out her way to greet customers even when she's busy checking out the people in front of her. Oh, I can't forget the associate at the Sephora station. I don't know her name, but I tell you...she was friendly & a great SALES PERSON!!!”
