I bought a Nissan Pathfinder....she was my heart the second I got to see her!! Here in today's world can you find AN AMERICAN OWNED AND FAMILY OPERATED BUSINESS that still cares about just that, family! You don't hear much about it anymore but my family goes in every vehicle I purchase...that said, my family is safe and my mind at ease knowing that my kids ride in the same cars that the folks at West End have put their own loved ones in.

This place deserves an award. My wife’s Jeep needed brakes, rotors, the whole nine yards. Zach & his team sent me photos, their best estimation of the cost, and his professional opinion on what should be done to take care of the repairs so she can safely travel (with our child). He squeezed us in his schedule that same day and had the car ready by 4pm. If you looked up reliable
in the dictionary it would be West End Automotive’s logo.

Zach and the whole West End Auto crew are amazing to work with! I needed work done on my 2014 VW Jetta a few months ago and they exceeded my expectations. No other shop would take the work on such short notice but Zach assured me they would get my vehicle in same day! Everyone was extremely friendly and walked me through everything that needed to be done on my vehicle. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Zach and the West End Auto crew. Very friendly and honest service! I asked Zach to help me get an Infiniti, he looked for a little and finally a great deal came up at another dealership and he actually told me to go there and buy it instead of trying to make me wait and get one through him!! That type of service is unheard of, will definitely get my next vehicle through him!!

I'm very disappointed in Zac and his father. To start off I have purchased 3 vehicles within the last year from Zac. I have been happy with them. I went down to get another vehicle and I saw a Jeep Wrangler that I fell in love with. It was what is ad said said was a Zombie JeepThere was a light bar and all the works. An ad came over my phone and the price was dropped to 16,995. I told my fiancee I want it. We called Zac and aske called ,ax and asked if he would hold for me. Unfortunately I had a Death in the family and couldn't pick it up until the 19 th of December. . The first t ING I noticed was the light bar was gone. Zac was not there for somereason. So his father said If it had a lightbar Zax would take care of it.The next day I went to see Zax and while I was waiting I was upset that things were missing from the jeep. Zax's father starting yell that I'm lucky thT he doesn't throw me off the property. I asked why and he said because I wS mumbling under my breath to my self. There was no one but me outside to hear me but he was mad.I believe the original jeep we wanted was sold to someone else. AND ANOTHER ONE WAS FOUND. WE KNOW WHAT ATTRACTED US TO THAT JEEP. IT Ws the light bar, CB radio
And it came with a
new soft top. Thr one that was sold to.uus had none of thatWere not crazy we knew what we liked about that. Jeep. All I can say is . Take a picture of anything you like. I did but unfortunately I lost my phone in this jeep. Down the dash border. I WILL NOT RETURN OR SEND ANYONE OVER THERE. I BELIVE JEEPS WETE STITCHED.
