Never a pleasant experienced coming to this branch. The 2 tellers today very unprofessional. Took 5 minutes of me waiting to even be greeted that they’ll be right with me. Then the tellers are more concerned about my money than I am. Horrible horrible avoid at all cost. Drive to Wolcott st branch and thank me later.

The sign at the drive-up window shows that the Reidville drive Webster Bank lobby is open until 5:00 p.m. as is the drive-thru teller. I pulled up at 4:10 p.m. and both were closed. Waited in drive thru while 3 cars that came after me were helped. I rang the call button several times with no acknowledgement. Then when I was helped, I was scolded for ringing the call button. Very unprofessional! Terrible service! I’ll take a ride to Wolcott Street instead.
