This place is inexpensive compared to other places. They are wonderful with everyones pet, they get straight to the point and have many great resources if they can't do what u are looking for, I recommend driving here from anywhere because they are awesome and great care and prices.

By far the worst vet ever! Multiple people have commented on the same thing. No records for their pet after their pet was seen. They pick anf choose who they want to see and when. Rude shady receptionist as well. Someone should call Channel 8 news to investigate. Facebook posts are all true as well. Let's get together and put this place out of business for our fur babies.

If you love your pets then stay far away from this place. I was going to go more into details but this place is not worth it. There are to many other places to take your pets too. My star score is a big fat zero.

I have never written a negative review in my life but people's time is so valuable and these people waste it like it's nothing. I called days before my appointment and twice today earlier in the day to make sure my cats test results were ready for me. Test results I paid $400 something for weeks ago! It had nothing to do with my visit today which was a check up for my cat. My appointment was at 8pm, it's 10:15pm and they still weren't ready to take my cat and only gave me the results I asked for now because I was so persistent. The first time I was here it was very disorganized but I didn't think it would be like that this time since I'm just here for a check up. I wasn't rude to anyone or anything but it's sad how they are quick to take people's money but so shady and unprofessional with everything else. Don’t make appointment if you can’t with the workload,
just do walk-ins !!

Please avoid this place. They charge way too much and won’t send any records of what they do if you decide to switch vets. Current veterinary tried to call and they ended up hanging up on us. Also, provided false diagnosis of my animals. Practice is very questionable.

Great place! My pets and I appreciate the curb service! Its so much less stressful and my pets love it. They are open late hours and always try to get you in when you need them. You can tell how genuine they are devoted to caring for your pets. I wouldn't trust anyone like I wouldn't trust them, thanks Waterbury Veterinarian Hospital!

Horrible experience. I made an appointment for my pet vaccines and was giving a set price. The day of my appointment they confirmed the services I scheduled and had me sign the receipt. An hr later the vet called me since only pets are allowed inside. And told me my pet has an ear infection and they want to do some other things to my pet since they seen some other things that he would need done. They come out and they give me another receipt and ask me what I would want done out of there. I said only the ear infection service along with the services I originally came for.
Another hour went by and they bring my pet out and explain my bill. I couldn’t believe they only did the treatment for the ear infection and nothing else. I spent 2 whole hrs waiting for my pet to come out of that place and the Lady tells me that I said I only wanted the Ears done. -_- THEN THEY TELL ME TO COME BACK IN A FEW WEEK AND THEY WILL DO THE VACCINE THEN. WHICH They will charge me another exam cost as a standard on top of the vaccines

Received a call from my elderly mother - she was freezing outside because the people here scheduled her for a 4:30 appointment with our family cat. When my mother called before her appointment to tell them she’s running late because of the Uber they said “oh we forgot to tell you - you can’t wait inside”…
Nonetheless they allowed her the delay and welcomed her to come - but when she arrives with our cat they say “oh, and you can’t leave him here”….
This spring is weird this year and on this day with wind chills it feels like 38 degrees outside… THIS is where they wanted my elderly mother to wait with our cat because they failed to mention when she booked and AGAIN when she called that you can’t leave your pet in their care (nor should you want to).. not offering a place to wait is somewhat understandable but not mentioning you can’t leave is a bazar detail to omit. NOT the place to trust your loved ones
*********** TLDR: My elderly mother who got a ride to her appointment with our cat was told she can’t wait inside to be treated.. and if/when accepted for treatment our cat could not be dropped off - my mother would HAVE to wait outside in 38 degree weather for as long as it takes.
ALL of this could’ve been avoided had they been professional and upfront in communicating that they don’t allow people to sit inside NOR leave their pets here to be treated

Poor place. Antiquated office from 1965? No modern office equipment; no email, fax, voicemail at times. Still makes pet owners wait outside for any type of visit. Hours of operation after 3 pm. No appointments until after 4 pm. Expensive bills over $500 each visit. Look elsewhere.

I loved this place. The staff was very polite and the vet was absolutely great with my dog who is about 19 years old. He clipped his nails so fast and easy. They are first come first serve so make sure you call first just to make sure they're not full. I definitely recommend this vet. The wait was not long at all either. I will be bringing my dog here from now on. Thank you to vet and staff!

Definitely not worth your money. Spent 500.00 on one visit and my dog was still sick. The medication that they gave did not work . Keep in mind that they don’t allow you to go in and see the doctor in person. I don’t know if what they billed me is what they did inside. I called the doctor and shared that nothing changed and that the medication didn’t work. She asked I come back obviously another cost . I also shared with her why didn’t work and she said that if I was able to share with her what other vets have done then she can see what can be done. Don’t take your pet here. Keep doing your research
