My rental car was towed here, 2nd day I went to their yard I was greeted by a lady named Teresa who helped navigate the process to how to release the rental to Hertz, There were bunch of customers were disrespectful however this lady was patient and didn't lose her temper and turned out to be the owner of this place, seeing here cleaning the parking lot and being supportive to her workers and drivers I was amazed I haven't seen that for a while in many places, This small business native to Greater Waterbury needs to be supported I highly recommend them Thanks Teresa!

One of the most disrespectful and unprofessional towing companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. It's understandable that towing companies deal with a great deal of BS but the worker I worked with was condescending and outright unprofessional.

Waterbury Towing Company is an excellent company. They come on time when you need a tow. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to towing vehicles and especially a high end car. The owner runs the company. And is a great person to help you with your car.

Highly recommend this tow company for tow at owner's expense. Matt and his team were thorough and on time when a car was parked in our tenant lot for over three weeks. Driver was professional and took photos of parking for tenant only sign and of the car. Thank you!

these guys are literally the worst towing company in Waterbury , they towed my car from having an accident and when I tried to get my things they wouldn't let me get it. Matt is very rude probably the worst one there and the lady on the phone is just unprofessional & uneducated about what she has to do there for a job. if I can give them a -5 stars I would ‼

Do not use these people. During a very stressful snowstorm, me and my family had called this trucking service to get a tow after waiting a while, which was expected driver pulled up and after three minutes he pulled off. We were extremely confused as to what was going on so we decided to call the office to find out that they decided to cancel our service because their driving claimed we were acting erratic, even though we had not gotten out of our car or even made contact with the tow truck. I tried to explain to the owner that I was not acting erratic that I’ve never needed to call tow truck so I didn’t know that me turning my wheel to the left to straighten out my car would cause them to cancel my service and leave me and my kids stranded in the middle of the road With chaos piling up behind us . They didn’t even have the decency to call and let us know that they would not be serving us due to the fact that I had straightened out my wheel. They just took off with no explanation and left us here. Not only is it a blizzard outside but they left me stranded here with my children with no explanation. Thankfully A different tow truck was able to come immediately to help me and my family. COTES towing is the way to go!

My car was parked in a private lot no sign posted to not park for snow removal. The woman answering the phone is rude. They charge $225 cash only to get my car back. No owner or manager to speak with. I was informed I had to get there in 30 mins because they were closing. No consideration that it is snowing and they had my vehicle.

My Car was towed today October 6th illegally. The claim the car was in a handicap parking spot and it was not. I have pics and video to prove it. I am here now and they are prolonging the situation because they seen it was a new car and just decided to take it. With my permit sticker on and not in handicap they should’ve never towed my vehicle. In the picture below you can see that I am not in a handicap stop and other cars was in handicap spots in the other pictures. If I could rate it a zero I would.

This place sucks!! They target private parking lots and harass tenants! The woman whom answered the phone is disrespectful and purposely targets my condominiums, which should be a conflict of interest due to her being on the condo association here! It should be illegal how much they purposely target this location and terrorize the tenants paying 1400 a month for rent! having to pay towing fees for parking in a private residence while I was bringing groceries into the building is completely unacceptable and I will be reporting them to the BBB and having them investigated!! Do not use this place!! You will absolutely regret it!!Service: Car towing
